Brian and his Crew did a fantastic job on a full rip out and replacement of my roof. Very efficient, started on time and made certain that everything was done properly. I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them in the spring for some new windows!

Super quick to sign me up and get my deposit, then little to no communication. I feel that he made up issues to delay demo/reno. I had to contact him for corroboration of start date the day before originally planned date, which never occurred. I had to change my decision to work with them and asked for my money back.
Response from Brian Clark Custom Carpentry
"Customer?s deposit check bounced. Customer then gave me a new check that was good and I did not charge her for the bounced check fees I incurred. Customer was not understanding of delays we had with the project we were working on before hers. After meeting with customer on our scheduled start date we decided it was best to refund her money and part ways. I wrote customer an apology letter with her refund."

Excellent, quality work, attention to detail and very conscious to clean up the construction area each day.
