I created a project on Angi because we needed the tile floor in our laundry room replaced. It was not installed properly years ago, resulting in cracked tiles that can be lifted, creating a tripping hazard. We needed to make sure the contractor could also remove the washer and dryer and replace them upon completion of the job. Also, we wanted a new kitchen backsplash installed. Angi sent our project details to three pros. Brian Ferguson Renovations was one of the pros who contacted us to provide a quote. Brian confirmed we had enough leftover tile from a prior job for the laundry room floor and helped us figure out how much tile was needed for the backsplash. We moved forward with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We cleared the work areas as requested by Brian prior to his arrival. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project, letting us know arrival dates and times. Brian and his team showed up on time each day and completed the job in 2 days. Brian and his son installed porcelain tile in multiple rooms, closets and bathroom in our basement. Their workmanship is superior! Their time management was excellent, and everything was cleaned daily. Brian texted daily his arrival and departure time. Brian was kind and patient with all my questions, he had the answers. They are wonderful people as well. They do excellent work!

This is our second time working with Brian Ferguson Renovations. We had a water leak and our kitchenette was taken apart by the mitigation company. After issues were resolved we needed our kitchenette put back together. This meant putting back our cabinets, countertop with sink, putting the outlets back in place and try to patch up the floor as best we could with remaining tiles we had. Well, Brian Ferguson Renovations came through. They even were able to do a few minor repairs not even mentioned to actually get the area back to a working area. Care was taken with being careful taking their time to get everything back as best they could with what we had. Clean up was great because I guess they plan out the work area where they don't need to use more work area than needed. When they were finished, clean up was extremely quick Communication was good. They did a excellent job. We will for sure use their services again in the future and would recommend them

I am writing to formally document the issues I experienced during the recent project. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most difficult contractor experiences I?ve had, and I want to be clear about what occurred. Throughout the project, your communication and behavior toward me were extremely unprofessional. You raised your voice at me simply because I insisted that the job be completed correctly before releasing the final payment?an industry?standard expectation. Your behavior was so aggressive that I had to involve my husband on the call for my own comfort and safety. In addition, you attempted to install mismatched tile, placed other jobs in front of mine, and consistently pushed back my completion date. I flip houses regularly and work with contractors often, and I have never had an experience as frustrating or unprofessional as this one. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services. I initially hired Brian to install floor tiles at my rental property. He helped me personally select tiles that fit both the project’s needs and my budget. Since Brian offers a wide range of renovation services, I also hired him to install the kitchen cabinets for the same house. Brian and his son, Brian Jr., did an awesome job overall and completed the entire project beautifully. Everything looks gorgeous! We had a crack on our shower floor. We started with re-tile job. But, It turned into a lot bigger job. We have received quotes and recommendations from 3-4 companies. While it was more expensive compared to the other quotes that we received, we decided to hire Brian Ferguson Renovations. He provided all the details in the quote and personally worked on the job with his son. He was very professional explaining each step and providing pictures after each step completed. He arrived on time every day and made sure that bathroom doors were closed to prevent dust traveling to other rooms on the house. He even found tiles matching very close to our existing tiles in the shower walls. The shower floor was done with the right slope towards the drain. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend him.

I recently hired Brian to replace my outdated tile floor with modern large-format tiles, and the results are stunning. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Professional in every respect. Was a small tile install in Laundry but great skill and care was taken to provide exactly what was expected, perfect straight lines, consistent width grout lines, level and plumb everywhere. Communication was easy and they were prompt, prepared and clean work area throughout the job! Would definitely recommend if you want it done right and on schedule, Brian is your guy.

Brian and his son are the most professional contractors that I’ve ever worked with. Brian’s expertise in tile design and bathroom remodels was so informative. Not only did he help us pick out the tiles, he did the entire bathroom remodel in 4 days at our house in Cumming. It came out like a home straight out of HGTV. We are so happy, thank you Brian!
