Brian Gilmore Contracting

Brian personally supervised a deck resurface and new railing. The work went very quickly and results exceeded my expectation. I would recommend this contracter for this work..

Great Job, well worth the money spent!!!

We had several contractors give us estimates for our deck remodel. Brian came in with a terrific quote and did an excellent job. From the get go he secured the necessary permits and suggested some unique design details that added to an overall great finished project. We are more than happy with it. I would highly recommend Brian s team for your next project! Great guy to deal with!

We had to Fire him from our job due to inferior work and and he didn't keep his promise to finish project on time

He came out to look at the project. I decided to give him the job. He asked for a deposit, cashed the check and I never saw him again. He was very unresponsive to any form of communication. I am still battling with him on the return on my deposit.

Quick response, competitive price and overall very nice. Very happy with the work.

My wife and I hired Brian to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and basement. His work exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and timing. From the time he arrived to provide an estimate, we could tell he was professional, experienced and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of contracting. He clearly explained everything that would need to be done and did a great job of setting our expectations for timing and price. During renovations, this held true. Brian was always on-time and his sons also worked with him which helped speed up the renovations. During renovations, we noticed a leak unrelated to the work Brian was doing. We called him on a weekend and within two hours he was at our home and fixed the leak despite being a weekend and being unrelated to the kitchen, bathroom and basement project he was hired to do. It is very difficult to find contractors in the area who you can trust and who deliver an excellent finished product both on time and on budget. We are extremely grateful for Brian's amazing work to our home and will, without a doubt, be contacting Brian for future projects.

I have had three contractors work on my home in the past 20 years and Brian is by far the most reliable, fair, and skilled contractor I have hired. And on top of that, just a nice mild mannered man! For years I have dreamed of a new kitchen. About 10 years ago I refinished my kitchen cabinets myself and replaced the fixtures, etc. and it was very nice. I recently was finally able to replace and have a brand new kitchen designed. Brian offered ideas, knocked down two walls, replaced the ceiling and installed high hat lighting with dimming functions, and relocated the appliances. Totally gutted and redone from floors, to walls, to ceiling. They built temporary walls, supported weight bearing ceiling, and hung plastic drapes during the demolition so there was minimal dust. To say that my wife and I love our new kitchen is a major understatement. It is amazing! Brian and his professional crew were polite and skilled carpenters. He was there when he said he would be and let us know in advance if he would arrive early or possibly late (to pick up material). Professional, fair, polite, skilled! Thank you Gilmore Contracting for an amazing job on our new kitchen!

I met Brian while getting quotes for a deck remodel. He was honest, fair and we were excited about working with him. While waiting for winter to pass we had a flood in our basement. We asked Brian if he was able to estimate the remodel. He came by immediately and seemed knowledgeable in basement repair.

On time and very professional.
