Brian Gilmore Contracting

Brian responding quickly to our request to repair leak that what causing damage to bathroom and kitchen. He patched roof which did not fix leak. He then returned and hosed area down to try and find leak but could not. Have tried to contact. He will say 'he's on his way', but never shows up. Basically disappeared.

Brian was here everyday that he said he would be. Completed the deck in approximately two weeks. He had to pass three township inspections. Passed the first two inspections and the deck was completed on the 20th of April. Final inspection was done on the 23rd of April. There were 2 items that have to be corrected. I contacted Brian and he came to talk to me on the 24th. Brian said he was going to contact the inspector and he should be here some time the upcoming week to fix the items. Brian is very friendly, seems to be knowledgeable and qualified to do a very nice job. We love our deck.

Really knows his stuff and will work with you throughout the whole project, even if you change your mind.

Brian was very easy to work with. He fixed an aluminum siding corner strip on my house in a timely and professional manner.

Contractor quickly contacted us after our first request for a proposal. He was helpful in suggesting a solution to the problem. He completed the work exactly when promised and did a very good job.
