Had the driveway replaced and the work was excellent. Job was completed in a day and the job site was cleaned up at the end of the day. Driveway was leveled to adjacent walks and garage.

Job completed Oct 7, 2016 in Halfmoon NY. Driveway is horrible, Brian Hayes phone mail box is always full and you can't leave a message. He will promise many items in contract, for mine he said 3.0" he only gave 1.5'', he stated the Overall average was 3". Instead of a 1 year warranty he gave 5 year plus a Free Sealant (undelivered), The drive way product is so bad a Plastic Shovel used in winter was shaving the driveway. Blacktop in many areas crumbles, like little rocks with no asphalt chemical that would use to bond the rocks together. My neighbor had same issue, they called Brian Hayes 30 times this summer with no repairs, they finally called someone else to fix, cost them $400 when Brian should have fixed the driveway. So now I'm in same boat, with many defective areas that need some blacktop repair and probably some Magic Sealant that could keep the driveway from shaving from the Plastic Shovel the driveway can't handle. Brian may have had a bad day with the product he put down in the driveway, but the Customer Service and fixing the bad product is something other customers should be aware of as well, HE WILL NOT RETURN TO FIX THE DRIVEWAY. But he will collect the first payment and leave for good. I've seen some other BEWARE comments as well, you'll find out too late that his Quality is very LOW, his WORD for fixing a bad driveway is non-existent. He'll try to impress you with his many years of experience, but Brian himself on this job MESSED IT UP ROYALLY. Brian Hayes needs to backup his product with the Car Salesman he's turned into, very disappointing.

Had a bit of a problem with getting hold of them at times the result being the drive was a bit outside the timeline they gave me. I had my old gravel drive ripped up and a new one laid down, Tim knows his stuff and was the only one who gave me an estimate that suggested the right way to re-grade the drive. (I've been in construction for 30 odd years now retired) I would recommended these guys but be prepared to wait a little as they busy......a good sign!

We wanted a driveway installed and called Brian. He came over, gave us an estimate and explained the whole paving process. He made several recommendations which we appreciated. The crew came today and did the install ... beautiful job! So far we love the way it came out and the guys working were polite and cleaned up leaving everything looking great. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Listened to our concerns with pitch of driveway because of drainage problems. Came out perfect.

They cashed my deposit check on March 11, 2017 and I haven't heard from them since. I've left voicemail on four occasions since the end of May with no call back. I've left two text messages with no response. I haven't even seen their work yet and I'm already disappointed in their service. UPDATE: Josh contacted me over the last few days and we are now in discussion regarding a date to have the work completed. More to come.

I have a big driveway and knew that I was going to be looking at an expensive job to pave it. My wife and I have been contemplating this project for about the past 10 years. We did our homework before selecting Brian Hayes Paving. Brian was very professional and ethical. I've enjoyed my interactions with him directly. Just as impressive was Brian's team. They arrived on site and operated as a well oiled machine to prep our driveway, removing weeds, and laying new crushed stone. They installed about 10,000 sq ft of asphalt seamlessly. The driveway is only a couple days old right now, but it looks great. The surface is smooth and doesn't collect puddles. The edges are smooth and even. Overall a great job!

The job was done in a very professional manner. The entire crew worked together like a well oiled machine. There are a lot of "fly by nite" paving contractors out there, Hire Brian and, you'll be glad you did.. !

He was professional, kept me informed on everything, made sure my handicap ramp was perfect for me, and he even came back to make a minor adjustment for me. Pleasant to work with, returned every phone call, everything was in writing and explained, cheerful and respectful. On time and cleaned up after the job was done. I will be hiring him again and recommend him to other. I'm very thankful.

Brian is very friendly and personable, as are his workers. The job was done carefully with attention to detail, using the finest material and latest equipment. His fee was mid-range compared to the others, but we had confidence the job would be the best overall, and that was the basis for choosing Brian Hayes. The crew performed a meticulous and uniform job. Coordinating a date/communicating, could have been better, but that part is forgotten. It's the results that count! We are very pleased!

I would have given a five star rating had they not canceled work date three times before they actually showed up to do the job and when I called to ask how to remove dried mud stains left behind by workers on the new ash fault I never got a returned call also I was told the ash fault would be dried in three days it was not completely dried and as a result I now have tire marks on my new ash fault driveway.

Did a fantastic job, exactly what we discussed during our scope of work meeting. Brian does a great job explaining exactly how the job will go. His prices a certainly competitive and the quality of work delivered was top notch.
