Awesome and very honest inspector. Walked through the entire house with him and was able to explain any confusion I had. On-time and even waited for me to begin his inspection. The report was rapid, thorough, and understanding. Very recommended and will hire him again!

His report was professionally presented in way that a mere novice, like myself, could understand every item he inspected and the recommendations related to them. Brian communicated with me from start to finish and made the inspection experience with his company not only pleasing but relaxing. He made it quite clear that he was available anytime to answer any questions I may have about the inspection. This copy provided exceptional service. I was briefed every step. I was out of town and I received telephonic updates and email updates to inform of the progress of the inspection and the status of the final report. I even had trouble retrieving the report due to my computer the inspection worked on Sunday to get that report to me. I never had a person go above and beyond like that. I realize that it was my problem that my computer was acting up. His standards were so high that he offered to email them to another person to help me retrieve the report. He even offered to fax the report as the last resort. I will use and refer him to others. I contract him while I lived out of time. Never have I received such dedication to a Home Inspection. This is my second home. I did not get my report on the same day for the company I hired. I commend The Herndon Real Estate Services, LLC. What impressed me the most about him he provided me with a telephonic summary of the report while I was traveling on the highway from VA to SC. He is truly a professional to work with.

Mr. Herndon was very professional and prompt from the beginning through job completion. He worked with me to get my inspection completed even though I was out of state. His report was thorough and quickly available for my real estate closing. He was very responsive to all emails and questions I had regarding the inspection. He has a great website that makes it easy to access the report and sign documentation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector (or a realtor).
