We hired him because he told us he actually did the work, he didn't just send a crew out to do the roofing. When the weather finally cooperated, he had a crew here and he showed up once in a while, never did any actual work. They didn't finish the job, so he said he would finish it in a few weeks. Now he won't return our calls, nor has he shown up to do any work. There's a place over the bay window that has quite a gap in the shingles, but he hasn't shown up to fix it either. We definitely would not recommend him at this point in time.

Attention to detail was exceeded. From three bids with analyses of my roofing replacement to be done, Brian was the sole contractor that noted a potential problem as a result of a covered deck patio near a chimney overlying the original roof. He examined it closer and came up with a successful solution for water diversion. He educated me in the process, was always prompt, and always cleaned up after each day. Staff were personable and also attentive to detail. Brian was also accommodating about including my garden shed, though I may not have remembered to include that in my request for a bid, though it was included in the other contractors' bids. I have gotten a number of complements from neighbors since then and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. In fact, he also gave me a bid I requested, along with options for siding repair, and once I have a two other bids, he may be a real contender, based on his quality work.

I just had my roof replaced by Brian Leach Contracting, LLC in Bend. I had four bids and spent time on the roof with each bidder. By far and away I felt I got the best information, description of the job, advice on some venting and drainage issues, and LEAST "sales pitch" from this company. Brian is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Bend roofing business. While I was waiting for my bids to come in, I was thinking these guys sound so much better than the others that their bid is bound to be the highest. I was delighted when they came in significantly below the three others. To me that said: Integrity. The three man crew that performed the work included Brian, the owner, Kevin, a very experienced roofer and Erick, a hard working guy with a mission! They were very professional and were happy to explain the process and the show off the extra detailed work they were doing to respond to my particular roofing issues. It was obvious that they took great pride in every detail of their work. That greatly impressed me. Who every sees their roof?-yet these guys made sure that it was a top-notch professional job that I would be proud to show anyone. I may do that too!! They also left the job site clean every night -including magnetically sweeping the yard for staples from the old roof tear off (they only use nails), picking up after themselves and removing their tools and ladders. If you want to have an excellent experience in ALL aspects of a roof repair, replacement, or new construction, these are the guys to call!! Make sure you get a few other bids, just so you get to see the difference. You will likely be surprised and maybe even delighted when they give you a very competitive bid. After my experience, I would be willing to pay a little extra just for quality of working with these craftsmen.

His staff were awesome, the were very personable and professional in all aspects. The most impressive was the care they had for my animals and I was very sick at the time. Brian broke down my quote, the 2 others did not. That was important to me. I plan to use them again and I've given several of my friends his number. Thank You Brian and Home Adviser for the referral. You won't go wrong with this Contractor.

I had wind damage that needed to be taken care prior to the next storm. Brian was able to adjust his work load to help me when I needed it. Job well done.

Brain was very Straight forward about what the problem was, he took pictures to show us were the problem was on our roof, and inside of our attic. He and his crews were always very clean about every step of their work, which is very hard to find. He kept the lines of communication open, his pricing was wonderful and he wasn't in it for the buck like so many of these guys are. He truely cares about his clients which is so very rare these days.

He does excellent work, you will not find any one better.
