Building Site Preparation and Clearing
This contractor took money to perform services and purchase supplies (wood for a 12 x 40 foot deck among others), He was to install a park model trailer on lot. Scraped the top soil and never came back to deploy trailer or hook up electricity, sewer, or water. Failure to deploy the bump outs resulted in damage to trailer due to exposure to elements by an opening that only closes when the bump outs are set. He has the screw jacks for setting up the trailer on the site. This has been more than 3 years. He does not communicate or return calls. Today, I discovered that he has been put in jail for home improvement fraud.
