Called quickly to inquire about our plumbing problem, set up an appointment for the next day, and was here on time. Did the work quickly and professionally and came in at a cost under his quote. Brian was the first to call when I submitted my inquiry (within a minute of hitting the submit button). He was super courteous on the phone, gave me a ballpark estimate (which he stuck to when the job was done) and was flexible in meeting my scheduling requirements. He arrived at the schedule time right on the dot and was done with the repair in less than an hour. Really nice guy - friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I will call Brian for any future plumbing need, and recommend him without reservation to anyone who needs plumbing service in their home.

We were very pleased with Brain's work on clearing a slow shower drain for us recently. He demonstrated outstanding plumbing skills and excellent work ethics when he spent time and effort removing the clog physically. Brain arrived promptly, and his rate was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again whenever we need a good plumber!

Brian was attentive until he received the check in the mail. He billed me for issues he said he resolved, but didn't. The issues are still a problem today. This is a rental property I own. He said he was going to show up and he didn't. My tenants took time off to be there and he never came. He would tell me an approximate date and he was supposed to call the tenant but never did and I would repeatedly have to call him. To solve this, I asked him to call me direclty first before he went to the apratment, so I could contact the tenant - of course, I received NO CALL. I have repeatedly call him to resolve the issue - and no reponse.
