Brian did an amazing job right from the beginning. He provided multiple options, walked me through the pros and cons and came in very much on budget for the deck. He also helped me find the right contractors to fix some landscaping and fencing in the backyard. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, experienced and very reasonably priced contractor.

We spent 3 months trying to find the right contractor to tear down and rebuild our deck. We hire Brian ONeill after receiving a bid and discussing the project with him. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with the correct deck configuration that we wanted. He is a true craftsman and exceptionally easy to work with. Brian and his helper demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work by arriving on time (7:00 a.m) each work day. They worked diligently and did an outstanding job. I picked Brian over other contractors because he suggested several additional things that needed to be done on this job that other contractors never mentioned. Brian just seemed to be more experienced. I am totally happy with his work. He is reasonably priced and very thorough. Brian added an additional 2"x14"x14' support capon the other side of the existing beam at no extra charge. I would not hesitate hiring him again.

Brian is definitely the serious and consummate professional. His quote was competitive. Brian is mature, clean, punctual, and focused. Our pergola project did not come with drawings or plans, but was based on an existing Pergola that forms part of a public works project in our city. Brian was able to replicate that structure to our specifications. Over the process of building our Pergola my wife and I had only one change/special request and Brian delivered on it. The project was completed within the time frame originally quoted. Thanks Brian.

Willing to do extra work

We obtained estimates from over 10 contractors for this job. Brian was very reasonably priced. We needed a deck specialist to modify an existing deck. Brian has extensive experience building decks. He handled our fairly complicated project with skill and competence. He lived up to every commitment he made. He was always on time, always responded to messages and phone calls. We love our new deck and highly recommend Brian.

Brain and crew changed an old tired looking pool deck to something from "Sunset Magazine ". He didn't cut any corners and created a bright, beautiful pool deck that looks like flagstones . After each day, you wouldn't have even known they were working in the area. They cleaned up every night and after the job. The crew was delightful and friendly. I asked him to work on more projects.
