I hired Brian Thompson Roofing to evaluate my roof for my insurance company and provide an estimate. He was always polite and helpful, and prompt to return texts and calls. Once I decided to replace the roof, he provided options and scheduled work promptly. It was planned to take 2 days, but his hard-working crew completed it all in one day. The roof looks great, and they did a good job of clean-up after the job. I would highly recommend Brian and his crew for a new roof replacement.

I called him to do a repair and he said he could not be out that day but he would be out the next. He never showed up, he never called back or texted me. Friend that recommended him called him and he said he would be there at 5:30 but again never showed. Had to take the following day off of work to find someone to repair the roof. Very unprofessional.

Brian and his crew replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts. They did a great job, not only with the re-install but with the clean up too. He is a man of good character. If an unexpected issue pops up he will work with you until that issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

A recent storm in Columbia IL. caused extensive damage to our roof and required a complete re-install. After calling several roofers with limited success I came across Brian on the internet. What a difference in customer service! Brian came out and met with the insurance adjuster when they were here and worked with SafeCo to resolve a minor discrepancy in the two cost estimates. Work was completed in a day and half (first day was 13 hours). Brian's crew did an excellent job installing the roof and clean-up after. We have a large deck across the whole back of the house which was tarped for protection. I have not worked with a more responsive contractor than Brian. All calls, texts and email were promptly responded to. Could not be more pleased with the experience. Brian made the repair process as painless as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend! Brian P.

Brian and his crew were fantastic. Brian gave me a prompt estimate and discussed it with me thoroughly to address the concerns I had regarding the work. His crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job taking care of my landscaping and other things around the house and did a very thorough job cleaning up once the job was complete. They were able to get my roof done in less than a day, which was awesome. Brian stopped by a couple of days later and we looked over the roof and talked about some of the structural challenges of my roof and he had his crew stop back out and take care of the few minor issues I noted during our walk through after the job. So far, we've been through two very heavy rainfalls since the roof was replaced and there have been zero issues with the new roof! Couldn't be happier with the job done.

Brian showed great customer service. His crew arrived at 7am and was done before 3pm. They definitely show pride in workmanship. Cleanup was superb. Afterward, Brian and I went up on the roof to explain the work done and how he stands by his warranty. Tear off and replacement price was reasonable. I recommend his services if you're searching for a great roof.

No care was taken to the lawn when roofing was installed. Mexican laborers dropped shingles along the siding leaving marks. Damage was done to the landscape. No care was taken where they put their ladders. I had to tell labor to move his ladder away from landscape features. They don't use any common sense. We had the gutters installed. I explained to them before the job we didn't want leaks. We have leaks in all the corner joints. I told them to fix this 2 times. Even sent them photos. I've given up contacting them. They don't care! Now I have to pay for someone else to fix their job. Do not use them for any gutter work. Roof work was just ok. At least the roof has no leaks.

"Mr. H. has never contacted me about any problems with his gutters. This job was done in the summer and we addressed all of their concerns including an extended warranty on the roof at no extra charge. I have not received a single phone call from Mr. H. to fix anything. Hard to believe I haven't had a phone call in 6 months from the customer and all of the sudden a review shows up February 11, 2019. Makes no sense. i would be glad to fix whatever the customer needs but you have to actually call me to let me know there is a problem. Brian T. Brian T. Roofing LLC"

We have had multiple issues with our gutters beginning with installation. They left sharp pieces of metal and nails in the yard. We had one gutter hanging across our front porch roof, and downspouts that weren't replaced. Four months later we are still experiencing leaking. Each issue has taken multiple calls and attempts to get someone out to even take a look at it, then more calls to actually try to get it fixed. They aren't responding to our attempts to have a leaking seam repaired. I am seeking resolution through HomeAdvisor.

"We have responded to this customers calls each time she has called. Many issues referenced were never even expressed to us. One issue was a downspout they requested to have moved which we advised against. All issues at this property have been fixed. I even offered a complete refund if they were not satisfied."

Brian is great to work with. Very helpful and understanding because I had a million questions!! His crew was very hard working and very friendly to deal with. Brian was very professional and always courteous even with all the questions I kept asking him. His team did a great job removing two layers of shingles, installing new, high quality shingles, drip edge, and ridge vent, and cleaned up nicely once the job was done.
