Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. (keep in mind that we charge a trip fee of $100 for any job more than 40 miles from our office)

"I drove an hour to try to repair the air conditioner in this house. The compressor downstairs turned out to be bad and the upstairs was low on Freon. Unfortunately this customer needed 2 new systems. Something no one wants to hear. Thanks Brian Welch."

Tony did not diagnosis my problem, only went by what I told him another tech had informed me of. Came back the next day and installed a fan motor after showing me that the fan was working. That did not repair my problem. Two days later I called in because the unit was out again with the same problem. He starting yelling at me, being very disrespectful, tried to charge me an over time service fee of 68.00, told me the problem would keep happening if the contactor wasn't replaced for another 180.00. Yelled at me from my driveway, and when I asked him to come in and speak with me in private, he did and in the middle of my explaining that I shouldn't be charged 2 days later another service fee for anon repaired unit, he walked out and slammed my door! When he arrived the very first day, he made contact with the contactor on the unit, showing me a problem, yet installed what I feel he knew wouldn't repair the problem. Totally taken advantage of. Brian doesn't answer my calls. My unit is out after paying 300.00.

"I went to talk to this home owner. her unit was very old a 99 modle. We could not satisfy her. I did everything I could to make her understand sometimes motors will work one day and not the next. I did call her back and I did go back out to inspect the system."

They did what I requested them to do. Date: 06/19/17 Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System Comment: I asked them to install a connection setup for my home generator to allow me to isolate my home from the power companies line power when I run my generator. They did it for the quoted price and time.
