Brian was professional and showed up to provide a quote as soon as he could. The only reason I am leaving the low review is that I hired him after he provided an estimate and agreed to do the job, but he never showed. Although this was weather dependent and it did rain, there were multiple days when it did not rain to include the day they were supposed to start to include multiple days after. Simply put, if you agree to do a job, then be dependable and show up. If you cannot do the job due to whatever circumstance, then just be honest and say you cannot do the job so a customer can know not to expect you. No communication is unprofessional, creates unnecessary confusion, and delays job completion for the customer.
