Brian is very skilled, efficient and fair

This was Brianâ s second trip hereâ and it wonâ t be his last. He repaired a number of screens, removed and replaced a toilet seat, installed a vent out of the utility closet, and figured out a way to permanently install a drainage hose in the utility closet. All these things were done in a tidy, high-quality manner. Heâ s good at problem-solving in not-so-obvious ways.

Within a few days of my calling him, Brian completed the replacement of the doors to my utility closet. This included a visit to develop a proposal, assembling the needed materials, and actually completing the work. The doors look great, and it makes me happy every time I DONâ T see the problematic doors the new ones replaced! The job was done well, in good time, and at a fair price. I will surely be calling him ahain.

Brian did a great job of fixing water damage on a ceiling and wall in our home. It looks great now. He was careful, cleaned up everything after performing the work, arrived when he said he would, and explained all the repairs ahead of time. I would recommend him and use his services in the future.

Great experience, fixed the drywall and painted my bedroom that was damaged from water. Quick response, on time for the estimate and project. Work was completed in one day (couple hours actually)and the price matched the quote. He made sure I was happy before leaving as well. All materials were cleaned and removed so it was a very easy process on my end. I would definitely use again.

2nd worst contractor we have hired. Did not finish the job. I should have known from the beginning we hired him for the drywall and the painting and he said he will take the job for the walls but he does not want to paint them. He actually did not do anything except remove panels. We had to remind him over and over again to finish the walls and he never completely sanded the walls at all. He also damaged drywall in the hallway and did not fix it. He said he would mud it up and he did not. He did not complete any of the jobs correctly or professionally. Took several days off in between. We had to call him to see if he is coming back After a prepaying him $2000. He came back for $300 which he still has not earned. did not respond to calls at the end. Did not respond to texts. Did not finish the work hired for. Constantly asked for more money or complained about the quote that he gave us. We never bargained and said to his prices but he always wanted more -acted like a child with us. Hammered in the nails in kitchen when removing flooring ceramic tiles, instead of correctly removing them. Did not show up when he should have. When I told him other contractors had told me he did not do the work right he became extremely defensive and did not show up when they were working and then eventually did not finish the job or return my calls. He came back to collect the last of his money and did not complete the work. The work was not done and he was always defensive about getting paid for a job that he did not complete to this day. There was no consistent schedule he came and left as he pleased. He did not finish the first job he started the second job he did not complete the second job and then he basically walked out when we asked him to complete the initial work he was hired for. I would never recommend this person again.

Brian is professional and punctual. The day Brian completed the project, my neighbor asked for his number to assist with other jobs. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommended!

He's very responsive and conscientious. I've used him a few times. He responds on Sundays, late at night, or early in the morning.
