They did a great job! I emailed them on a Friday night and they got back to me right away and were able to come help me the very next afternoon (on a holiday weekend, no less). Miguel Diaz, the technician who helped me, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He figured out the issue right away and was able to resolve it quickly. Miguel also stayed to install a new smart thermostat, and he took the time to help me pick the best settings for my needs and to learn how to use it. Great experience, start to finish. Highly recommend!

BK & Miguel were out the next day, and installed our new systems and did the job in 1 day, and left the site clean. They answered all our questions and were friendly and very professional. The system is working great and we are very happy with the services.

Our install team, Miguel and Jose, were outstanding! Quality, everything done as I wanted. They did not mind being watched, and when I did watch they explained everything they were doing. Outstanding personal service. At completion of the work everything was tested and cleaned. I cannot say enough about Brian s install team. The service manager John told us he would be there between 3 and 5. I told him I would be home all day. So he arrived at 1:30! He was also taking the task to register all our equipment witch would double our warranty period, Gave us the maximum discounts and rebates available. We opted to do both the AC and furnace at the same time.
