I recently used Brian to inspect a foreclosed home in Killingly, CT. Brian was very courteous and looked over every square inch of the home (literally). I had an issue with USDA requesting additional info about the well report. This was very stressful because the government was about to shutdown and my loan wouldn't have been approved on time. After calling Brian he gave me the document that they requested within a couple hours! USDA cleared my loan the day before govt. shutdown thanks to him. Brian went above and beyond to help me out! He's a trust worthy hard working professional.

this vendor needs more experience. his report is not realy usable or legable. there is no report summary, pictures, or electronic copy, there is also no checking with town for the records of any building violations, his report is definately not worth the money
Response from Brian’s Home Remodeling
"It is unfortunate that this client feels this way. A home inspector is not obligated to check with the town for anything. Any town records on file do not effect the visual inspection process what so ever. Also at the request of the client, photos of the inspection were forwarded. I offer a hard copy of the report to all clients on site. I currently do not use electronic reporting due to the high cost involved with it. Future ratings will with out a doubt prove differently."
