Although, I did not get to see the finished product, Brian sent pictures and my tenants told me the work looked great. Brian worked with me as an out of town military officer, trying to get work done at a house we rent in Martinez. He was very easy to work with, and his price was more than fair and beat others. He also advised me on the best way forward on several other projects. I likely found a business partner for life! Thanks to Brian and hope others are smart enough to hire!!!

I found Brian on Home Advisor. We were in the process of selling our house and an issue with our laminate kitchen floor was discovered during the home inspection. Part of the flooring had to be removed to repair an area of the subflooring. Brian presented us with a number of options, which we were able to present to the potential home buyers. Brian even offered to come by and discuss the options with the home buyers. Brian, his wife and crew were professional, very reasonable and worked within our time constraints to get my floor repaired. We were very pleased with the entire process.

Brian ,his wife ,and crew tore out our kitchen cabinets , counters,lighting and ect. on friday. They found a problems I did not know about.The floor under the sink had rotted out and the lips of our sink were rusted out. They fixed our floor and went and picked up a sink for us. Brian only charged for the sink and materials for those problems and did not charge labor for it. My cabinets are beautiful.The counters are fantastic. Brian put in a lighted ceiling fan . He moved the stove and installed a over the range microwave. He moved our sink location and designed a sit at bar . I can hardly wait to show off our kitchen.

I live in an older house that needed a drastic kitchen makeover. I had no idea where to begin. Brian came to my house and after discussing what I wanted, he immediately began giving me suggestions and showing me how to make the most of the budget I had. I was so impressed, I hired him right away. He kept me updated after materials were ordered regarding dates when materials would be in and when the job would start. I love my kitchen and dining room and plan to have him do more work for me in the future.

They are the best I have ever had to do work for me

I knew it would be a good fit when I received a phone call from Brian 2 minutes after I hit submit on your site. He was very informative and gave me feedback on everything I asked of him. He even came to my house to see me personally prior to us signing binding contract. On top of his professionalism, he was timely and very precise. Due to this, Brian will be doing at least 2 more home improvements for us. It would be a shock to me that you my have another company that can walk in his company's shoes. I guess I am saying my wife and I are elated with the whole experience from start to finish.

Brian was extremely helpful in getting my project completed by the end of the year, with very little notice. I spoke with 3 other contractors and none were willing to even look at doing a job during the last week of December. A huge "Thank You" to Brian's Installations.

Brian is great. He is always available by phone or email. He was present for the whole job and is flexible and easy to work with. We will be calling him again for other projects at our house.

Found company online. Rec'd prompt call from Brian. Prompt responses always get my attention! On the initial meeting, Brian came over armed with an enthusiastic attitude, pictures of past jobs he worked on, and really sold himself and the company. We ran into some time constraints as he had jobs(s) he was working on but also gave me that information up front. I told him when I needed the job done and he assured me he'd get it done on time. He offered to meet my partner and I at Home Depot to help us decide on tile to use for our project. Helpful and informative. Went the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Brian's Installation installed 1200 square foot of Brazilian Koa, solid wood my entire down stairs of my home.Prior to giving this contract. several other local installers had come to my house. My first encounter with him from the first moment I right away knew he is the person that I felt comfortable he will do a great job. What impressed me most is his involvement working together with his workers unlike others that leave your project to their workers and disappear. I have no hesitation to refer other customers. Brian replaced my kitchen countertops. He was 10 minutes early,started as soon as he walked in the door, was very organized and clean with his work and finished in an hour. I was blown away! Awesome job. Highly recommended. mp

I had my countertops replace and Brian's did a great job and it was a good quality for the price.

Brian's Installations was fantastic! Very accomodating with schedules, which is great. Excellent work, and performed a through clean-up at completion of the job. Made sure that we were fully aware of all the features of the cabinets, and how to adjust things as required.

Although this project is not finished, we are satisfied with it so far. This contractor is very conscientious about doing a good job.

We went to get the work done from out of town and did not have a chance to read the contract and there was a disagreement with what he was suppose to do.He finally did some of it but it was not pleasant.He seemed littlebit expensive but we got it done out of having no choice.I might recommend him to people but ask them to be careful His work is not bad.

Brian was very helpful. He explained exactly what he wanted to do with my repair and how he was going to do it. His workmanship was impeccable and he even finished before he said he would. I would easily use him for any project around my house. Great work and service.

Great workmanship - very conscientious about doing a good job. Went above proposal expectations such as adding texture to paint job for better outcome. Excellent clean up and putting things back in place.
