Brian returned my phone call within 30 seconds and came out the next day to repair my bar stool. He explained what the project would cost up front. His fee was exactly what he estimated which was very reasonable. Brian immediately identified the problem and made the repairs. He took the time to locate the parts locally which saved me considerable time and inconvenience. Brian is very dependable and honest. He is a true professional that strives to please his customers. Sliding Door or Tracks Repair
Brian responded immediately to my patio door repair request & scheduled an evaluation the following day. Within minutes he determined the problem and proposed a bid. He came back the following day but due to an unexpected complication took longer than he originally estimated without charging one penny more than quoted. Because of a 30 year old glass door with outdated parts, the repair was more difficult than expected but Brian did an excellent job! The door works like new. Replacing the door would have cost 3-4 times more than repair. Thanks Brians the Best!

Apparently there was a significant misunderstanding, somehow Brian thought we didn't need him to finish. So now I understand why he never came back. The work Brian did do was. very nice. Sorry for the first bad review; it was the classic case of a screwed up communication

Brian started a job and never came back to finish, the ultimate classic home repair guy. The work he did do was fine but I have had to hire another handyman to come finish his job.

"it's funny how I have all 5 star rating and reviews 42 years experience more my Stars then just about anybody in Southern California and if you read the rating and reviews it states how professional and responsive I am on every single review on how I did a great job and completed everything and they would highly recommend me. and this customer call me when I wanted to come back the following day he didn't need my services anymore ? what a jerk I might sue him for defamation of character cuz he's stating something that's not even true obviously he must have some mental problems ???"

"The dis customer basically stated that I was punctual meaning on time I got the info in the evening came out the following morning and did the job. I was courteous and cordial meaning polite manners friendly etc isn't that customer service? shouldn't that be a 5 star, not a 4.5 Star?"

It's easy to say great things about Brian!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of home building and repair, which makes him a fantastic handyman. He did a job for me that took several days, and I didn't regret a second that he spent in my home or a penny I spent on his expertise. He seems to love what he does and cleans up totally before he leaves each day.
