I contacted them because I had a raccoon in my attic. They initially responded quickly and came out right away. A trap was set in my attic. There was a mother and her babies. The trap did not work so they came out and drilled three holes in my bedroom wall and got the babies out. They did not get the mother. They said it would leave when she realized her babies were taken. SHE DID NOT. I called again and they said to just close the hole up. I explained I did not want to have the odor of a dead raccoon in my house. I asked them to please come out and finish the job since I paid them $500.00. They no longer respond to my numerous phone calls. They got their money and I still have a raccoon in my attic and am out $500.00. VERY VERY POOR.....also have to deal with the holes in my wall now. ugh

Came out for service call to evaluate the situation of raccoon in attic for $140. He will not inspect interior of attic for intruders. He places traps based on my report of broken soffit and animal droppings. I have traps and could do the same. I am out of town and cannot monitor traps this week so hired them. Incomplete job.

Brian was very helpful. He let me call back and ask questions afterwards as well.

Randy came out frequently to check the trap plus installed new chimney caps to keep raccoons from coming in.

They responded quickly, came the next morning and had there problem taken care of within 2 days.

Called right back the same day. Came out the next day with the live trap.

I thought they where very far in there pricing. They came out the next day and placed the trap, the next day they came out after I called and removed the animals from the chimney and made sure they where all gone. Thank you .

I contacted Brian's Wildlife Control concerning a raccoon entry in my soffits/attic area. They sent a gentleman out that day, set up a trap but first did a very thorough inspection of my attic. We didn't catch the critter but they came out to retrieve their trap and fixed the soffitt before leaving. Personable, friendly, punctual and recommendations to prevent further disturbance.
