Review by Jody W. in Salem, OH
I contacted them because I had a raccoon in my attic. They initially responded quickly and came out right away. A trap was set in my attic. There was a mother and her babies. The trap did not work so they came out and drilled three holes in my bedroom wall and got the babies out. They did not get the mother. They said it would leave when she realized her babies were taken. SHE DID NOT. I called again and they said to just close the hole up. I explained I did not want to have the odor of a dead raccoon in my house. I asked them to please come out and finish the job since I paid them $500.00. They no longer respond to my numerous phone calls. They got their money and I still have a raccoon in my attic and am out $500.00. VERY VERY POOR.....also have to deal with the holes in my wall now. ugh

Project: Control or Eliminate Small Animals
Came out for service call to evaluate the situation of raccoon in attic for $140. He will not inspect interior of attic for intruders. He places traps based on my report of broken soffit and animal droppings. I have traps and could do the same. I am out of town and cannot monitor traps this week so hired them. Incomplete job.
Response by Brian's Wildlife Control, LLC: after over 40 years of catching raccoons. just a couple of reasons we don't always enter confined crawl spaces is that if it is a mother with pups and you pressure her she will move them to to a harder place to get them or she will defend them full force sometimes. Best to capture where they(raccoons) travel on there route in or out of confined space. once we capture him or her then we go in for a more thorough inspection. traps legally need checked once every calendar day..... which is time and fuel which is expense ...let alone trying to coincide with everyone's schedule to gain access . when nobody is living at the dwelling it's kind of
