I canâ t recommend Keith highly enough for his project management, construction insights, and diligence in getting my new custom home completed. The house turned out beautiful and my wife and I are very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Briarpath for your new custom home build or remodel!!

The crew started by protecting the walls, windows, floors, and furniture to ensure there was no inadvertent damage. They allowed me to add some additional projects that weren't included in the original scope, gained input on design choices ahead of time, and completed the effort on time with quality and on budget.

After trying to work with two previous contractors, I was incredibly impressed with how well Keith handled my project. He was very good about communicating exactly what would be required, time estimates, and budget.

Keith and his team helped with some major renovations and repair work at my home. Working with Keith was an absolute joy. He is a great communicator and an excellent management of budget and time-frame. The entire home project was completed within his promised time-frame and within the budget. He provided regular updates which was very crucial. Working with Keith put my mind at complete ease. Without any hesitation I highly recommend his services. I know I will be using him for all my future projects.

Our experience was awesome! Keith communicated with us every step of the way. He returned call immediately or if he was tied up he would text & advise he would call shortly. He was very patient with all our questions, answered & made sure we understood the process. My husband & I knew pretty much what we wanted in the remodel of the master bedroom. I did ask for some suggestions, he offered options, but never tried to force us into taking his suggestions. We had a budget & stayed within that budget. We felt comfortable with his subs, their work was flawless & they were very respectful while working in our home. They cleaned up after each work day. I cannot say enough good things about Keith & Briarpath. Keith is very easy to work with. It was a pleasure to work with an individual that is responsible & delivers a fantastic product. Keith is a fantastic communicator. He constantly keeps you updated on progress as well as delays. He shares his insights and opinions on what would make sense or not during the planning process. He Is about as down to earth as you can get and seems to really enjoy his practice and getting to know his clients. We were very happy with the outcome of our major kitchen remodel as well as new wood flooring and removal of a load bearing wall. We have already highly recommend Keith and his company, BriarPath Construction to many of our friends and plan on using him for more home improvement projects in the future.

Keith Barnes and his team transformed our 35 year old kitchen into the updated kitchen of our dreams. From demo to final walk through, Keith orchestrated his team so efficiently, we as the home owners, never once worried whether the work would get done and if the quality of work would be compromised. Our upstairs bathrooms were original to the house, 20+ years old, and in need of some major work. All 3 were gutted and completely redone. We converted tubs to showers, new electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, etc. His sub's always showed up on time, worked all day and did great work. Keith was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted and kept the budget in mind, even when we weren't. We were so happy with him, we're already lining up our next project with him... redoing our entire downstairs!

Keith Barnes and his team were absolutely wonderful. He sent me a thorough quote, did not rush and answered all of my questions. He explained in detail how the work would be scheduled and completed. He made sure everything was done correctly, on time and especially on budget. He responded to any questions I had through out the project promptly and patiently. His team took great care with all of the work they did, special call out to Leo who is very talented in painting, staining and the miscellaneous carpentry work he did. I am now enjoying a completely new remodeled guest bathroom, hallway, master bedroom and master bathroom with new tile flooring. I will definitely be contacting him for future needs.
