Mr. Smith outlined the service and cost so a lay person could understand and best of all could accomplish the task in a timely manner. The "team" was on time, courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. I have already hired Mr. Smith to fix another plumbing problem and will retain his company as "my plumber". I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend this plumber to anyone who inquires or has a needfor this kind of work.

Brice called at the scheduled time to let me know he would be 15 minutes late (weather-related). He was very organized and had everything he needed to replace my water-heater. He was pleasant to talk to and was knowledgable about the products he works with. The job was completed timely and he cleaned up the work area! (Something I've never had before!) I would certainly recommend Brice for your plumbing needs.
