Great Inspection

Mark was quite thorough with the inspection. We got his 140 page report the same evening. He answered any questions we had and now hopefully the inspection will help us with negotiations.

Mark was thorough and professional in his work, took the time to explain things verbally during his inspection, and his written report with 500+ photos was everything I could expect and then some. Also, the program his uses for his written report has a function where I could create several "repair lists," which was most helpful. All I had to do was click on all the electrical items from the inspection report, and it wrote a separate PDF with photos and Marks explanation of repairs needed. I was able to send those of to an electrician to get an estimate during my negotiation process with the seller. Super helpful.

He did a very detailed inspection and explained to us why something he came across needed fixed and even informed us on what would be done to get the problem fixed. Usually we would point out something and he already had a picture of it stating that it needed fixed. Highly recommend him!

The inspection of the house was excellent, but All State Insurance did their own evaluation and did not approve the roof of the house. I know this was an unprofessional move of the insurance co. to obligate me to install a new roof or increase the premium. I had to call off the mortgage loan few days before closing.

Mark offered the most thorough home inspection we have ever had. This is our third home so we are not new to home inspections but are new to an inspector taking this much time and care to ensure he inspects the entire property properly. The report we received was quite impressive and points out areas of concern as well as areas that are in good order and have no issues. Mark also offers Radon testing, which we had completed, glad we did, it was high and the seller had to mitigate. Mark is an excellent inspector and we will definitely use again if we need an inspection.
