I paid these people an exorbitant amount of money to do tuckpointing on my chimney. Just had an engineer on the roof and he says their work was *deplorable.* Still gaping holes, mortar splashed around the work area, etc.

The workmanship was excellent. There were four guys and they all knew what to do, or did what the foreman told them to do. However, I had expected them to fix more of what they called "bee holes" but it may have been my fault that I was not there when the salesperson surveyed the job.

Poor quality work. Did not finish the job, did not match the mortar, pissed off my neighbors, left a huge mess, and after numerous calls and texts for a couple months we still have no resolution to complete what they were paid to do. DO NOT hire this company. Multiple complaints to the BBB from others about the same issues we experienced. We have documented and photographed everything.

They did not show up on time, wanted to replace the outside brick with a different color, had to reach out to them for three days to ensure if they were going to show up to do the repairs.

"We made arrangements to accommodate your issues. You were insisting that your insurance was getting canceled. So, we pushed other jobs back and moved you to the front of our schedule and located brick that matched reasonably well all within 3 days of our providing you the estimate. If that is not going above and beyond for you, I am sorry... We maintained contact with you through this entire process. All to keep you from losing your homeowners insurance. At the time of your project, another customer forfeited there scheduled date, allowing us to move you into her spot. Fortunately, others are considerate and made it possible to help."
