I had another company install a walk in bathtub for me and the water would run cold half way through filling up the tub and I was so disappointed after spending all this money on the tub that I didn't know what to do. Mark came in, did some research for me and ended up installing a 2nd water heater for me and it has worked great since. He was prompt, on time and just all the things you hope for in a Service Provider. He really was great!

installers were very professional, took time and resources to do the install right and the pricing of the heat pump and air handler were spot on. The installer gave me an extra year warrenty on labor and promised to come back in the fall and spring for the next 2 years and give the unit a checkup. Mr. Brickey never showed up. The duct tape was starting to come off and when I called Mr. Brickey and left a message, he called me back 2 weeks later, informed me he was out of business, but would check the unit for me. He made an appointment with me on the following Saturday and never showed up. That was 3 months ago.

Replaced water heater on a Sunday. Very polite and professional.

Pleasant and capable technicians. However request a quote before you authorize the work. Was grossly overcharged, thus will not use them again.

Fast workers and great price.

I hired this company to replace a furnace and air conditioner in July. It took several weeks and phone calls to repair a problem with the installation. It then took a couple of weeks for them to return to set the unit up for winter. They continually used "were so darn busy as an excuse. They also agreed to install a garbage disposal even though they stated they usually did not do residential plumbing. They never found the time. So imagine my surprise when I saw they were advertising a residential plumbing special Angie's List. I have made a number of requests for the warranties for my units, to no avail. They may give you a good price, but after that, good luck.

The repairmen were on time, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I am putting their phone number in my book so I can contact them if I ever have another problem. Not only were they very good, but the price was really reasonable. This is the first time I have used Home Advisor to find help, and I will definitely use them again!

My AC had stopped working during the hottest weeks this year. I called another company to come and diagnose the problem and the guy that came out added Freon, stated I had a leak (could not find the leak) and said he would come out once AC season was over and cut my lines to see where this leak was. Two days later, my fan on the outside unit kept turning off and on rapidly. I called Mark at 4:30 that day and he was at my house by 5:30. Mark was amazing and kept me in the loop of everything he was doing. Mark ended up having to come a couple of days to make sure the job was done correctly. The guy that came previously contaminated the Freon and put too much in my system, which was why my fan was turning on and off. Too much Freon was hitting my kill switch in my outside unit. If I had not got it fixed, it would have done some damage to my new-ish unit. Mark fixed the levels, added dye and a chemical to stop the leak, and came back two days later to make sure everything was properly leaking. He was a wonderful guy to work with and very reasonable priced. I will definitely use him again for the future.

Air conditioner went out Sunday before 4th of July, My husband called on Monday. He was out that day and fixed it! Fair price, Very happy!

Prompt,courteous and thoughtful. Called us the same day. Made an appointment as soon as possible but was able to do the work that day!! Thankfully he was not a high pressure salesman. Did an excellent job.

First time using Home Advisor and I am pleased with them. Mark diagnosed the problem as a short in the wire from the thermostat and the unit. He couldn't replace the wire that day because it was a 2 person job and he was by himself. He was able to get the A/C working by changing the wires around a little. The problem I had is I feel the price was a little on the high side and he said he would call me in a day or two to schedule a time to come out and replace the wire, I never heard from him so I called him three or four days later and left a message and never got a call back. I guess he doesn't need the work or money.

Very puncture. The work completed as scheduled and less expensive comparing with other company.
