Job was done well and quickly.

Chris is a real gentleman. I had major shoulder surgery the day after he completed the job and he was not even concerned with payment. He told me when you feel better call me and we will settle up. That kind of person is hard to find today. His work is excellent, he is on time, his clean up is excellent and he s a caring gentleman. What else can you ask for. Will definitely hire him again.

Came to the house to do estimate ...look at job did thorough examination of prob area’s ... great price ... day of job owner came to inspect work and tell workers what to do .. fixed all loose coping on my pool area and helped with a area of brick sinking .. they did the best they could on that area with out me having to rip up tons of bricks .. will def call back if in need of work

We hired Brickwerx to rip out our 45 year old concrete patio and replace it with a larger paving stone patio. We spoke to Chris several times before we hired them, and he worked with us throughout the project. Any major home improvement is stressful. Chris and his team went above and beyond to minimize the stress. The price was very good, and they started the job when they said that they would. It took about 2 weeks, and Darwin and Hugo were on the job most days. They were extremely professional and it was obvious that they had a lot of experience. Also, they treated the job like it was their own. We had a mixture of two colors of paving stones, and we watched Darwin and Hugo laying them out, stepping back and looking at them, then rearranging them to make them look better. Every time there was even a slight decision to be made, they came and asked us what we wanted. There are a number of curves in the patio, and as they were working on them they asked for our approval for each section. Any time we asked for something, the answer was "Yes". Brickwerx is a very professional company, and it seems like their goal is to have satisfied customers. They more than succeeded.

The customer service was outstanding. Their work was good, the neighbors raved about how good our retaining wall looked. The office lady was very helpful as well.

Make sure that workers know exactly what was agreed to by the boss . In my case we agreed to a 6" thick concrete driveway, but when the workers came they made forms out of 2 x 4. Lucky I noticed prior to pouring the concrete. Once I told the boss, he had them correct the problem. The job came out very good. The clean-up was not so great. They told me that they would be able to take away the dirt that they excavated for fill, but later said they did not not need it,, so I had to pay someone to remove it.
