Chris is a real gentleman. I had major shoulder surgery the day after he completed the job and he was not even concerned with payment. He told me when you feel better call me and we will settle up. That kind of person is hard to find today. His work is excellent, he is on time, his clean up is excellent and he s a caring gentleman. What else can you ask for. Will definitely hire him again.

Came to the house to do estimate ...look at job did thorough examination of prob area’s ... great price ... day of job owner came to inspect work and tell workers what to do .. fixed all loose coping on my pool area and helped with a area of brick sinking .. they did the best they could on that area with out me having to rip up tons of bricks .. will def call back if in need of work

We hired Brickwerx to rip out our 45 year old concrete patio and replace it with a larger paving stone patio. We spoke to Chris several times before we hired them, and he worked with us throughout the project. Any major home improvement is stressful. Chris and his team went above and beyond to minimize the stress. The price was very good, and they started the job when they said that they would. It took about 2 weeks, and Darwin and Hugo were on the job most days. They were extremely professional and it was obvious that they had a lot of experience. Also, they treated the job like it was their own. We had a mixture of two colors of paving stones, and we watched Darwin and Hugo laying them out, stepping back and looking at them, then rearranging them to make them look better. Every time there was even a slight decision to be made, they came and asked us what we wanted. There are a number of curves in the patio, and as they were working on them they asked for our approval for each section. Any time we asked for something, the answer was "Yes". Brickwerx is a very professional company, and it seems like their goal is to have satisfied customers. They more than succeeded.

The customer service was outstanding. Their work was good, the neighbors raved about how good our retaining wall looked. The office lady was very helpful as well.

Make sure that workers know exactly what was agreed to by the boss . In my case we agreed to a 6" thick concrete driveway, but when the workers came they made forms out of 2 x 4. Lucky I noticed prior to pouring the concrete. Once I told the boss, he had them correct the problem. The job came out very good. The clean-up was not so great. They told me that they would be able to take away the dirt that they excavated for fill, but later said they did not not need it,, so I had to pay someone to remove it.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The job was poorly done and Frank was unprofessional. The written estimate he provided was very misleading. He kept harassing me to hire him and when I expressed concern, he told that I had no need to worry. When I finally hired him, I clearly explained to him that I was not looking to save money, but was more concerned about getting the work done right. I was very specific in explaining my expectations for the job. He assured me that the job would exceed my expectations. However, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the work and the customer service I received. He became rude, condescending and belligerent when I respectfully expressed my disappointment. Instead of repairing my steps as promised, they did a very sloppy patch up job. This was a total rip- off. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Chris and his team were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up when they were supposed to and although it took a little longer than expected, it was worth the wait. They needed to get more blocks and we weren't charged anything extra. The final price was just what the estimated price was. There is only one thing that I was not happy with. Chris told me they would not start my job and then leave to go to another job, however, on a day they should have been here they were working on another job. I wasn't happy and let Chris know--he was very apologetic. I didn't like how one small section was finished and he sent Darwin and another worker over immediately to fix it. We would definitely hire them again. They know their stuff. Thanks to Brickwerx and a wonderful team for my beautiful wall and all the hard work.

They gave what I consider to be a fair price. During the project I decided to expand the area to be paved and they were able to do that work along with the original project. It worked out great, they were responsive to any of my concerns. I can honestly say that they did an excellent job, kept me informed of how the job was going, they showed up when they said they were going to and never once had to call the office about any issues. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend BrickWerx for any patio, driveway or stone installation. Chris and his crew were professional, courteous and punctual. They scheduled my patio, fire pit and walkway and completed on time as promised. They also gave great suggestions to make it better than anticipated. I had estimates by other contractors but none could provide the level of craftsmanship for the price point that he could for materials and labor. It is not easy choosing a contractor for any work being done on your home. However, it is now, if I am choosing a brick, mason or stone guy! We are thrilled with the look of our new patio and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. Highly recommend!!
