Custom Services: remove/realign chimney flue tiles; construct new sloped washout This job with Brickworks was amazing. I was scheduled pretty quickly for an on-site estimate. Joshua was professional, and very thorough. The job needed to be done ASAP since my furnace installer needed the chimney repaired before they could complete the liner installation. Even though they were already fully scheduled out, Joshua said he would make it happen, and it did. Now, hereâ s the best part. The crew they sent came on time! Well, they were actually early, which impressed me. James reviewed the job with me, and he and Mark went to work. What a great job they did! You couldnâ t even tell they took out bricks from the chimney, and the new crown they built is perfect. They were courteous and friendly, and completed the job well within the time frame. They didnâ t damage anything and cleaned up everything. It was like they werenâ t even there! I really appreciate the professional job they did. This company did great work at a reasonable price. My front porch cap and steps were crumbling, and they came in and had everything fixed and looking great in just a day or two. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Brick Works.

Brickworks did a phenomenal job on the rebuild of my concrete porch and steps! Kudos to Joshua and the crew led by Brian (w/Tom and Rob). They heard my thoughts on what I wanted and made it happen. Brickworks (as another reviewer stated) "is on the pricey side"...but, it was worth it. Timeliness, cleaned up each day, answered any/all questions, polite, and a very professional team of people...it"s all true!

This was a good experience from the rep Josh who explained what they would do to Mike and Aaron, the team who did the work. They replaced crumbling mortar in a brick walkway, acid-washed it, sealed it and even got some 20-year-old mortar stains off the porch. They also reset loose bricks on the porch and closed up gaps between porch and step. That was the job I contracted for but then when they were here I decided to have them apply sealant to the joints in the concrete driveway and they were happy to add an extra couple hours to the day's work. They also reset the wobbly step to the back door. They cleaned everything up, hosed down the shrubbery which had been covered with dust. I think we are good for another 20 years thanks to Mike and Aaron.

The team of Bill, Phil, and Aaron repaired the chimney on my 104-year-old home. They did a great job and they were respectful of the history of the house. They were prompt, worked hard in the 90s plus weather, and cleaned up afterward. A number of old bricks had to be removed and replaced on the body of the chimney and only a few above the roof. They were recommended by my brother, who had this company do work, and I too would recommend them. A very hardworking and courteous team.

Brickwork responded to my email within hours and had someone at my house the same day. The repair started the next week. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up each day as they left. The work was meticulous! We are so happy to have found this fabulous company and would definitely use them again, if needed.

Water damage above the exterior roof line of a two story brick chimney, built in 1980s, causing bricks to start to chip and fail. Other bids either wanted to redo the entire chimney, which is quite large, or indicated that a little patching was fine. Neither seemed to line up with what I could see, although I'm no mason. Neither was very interested in explaining the reasoning behind their bids, and one wanted full payment in advance. Like I was born yesterday. I returned to the web and found Brickworks. They had a lot of information on the site, which I always take as a good sign. Joshua came out for the initial bid, which he explained and which made sense to me. The work was slated for two full days, and that is what it took. The team, consisting of Billy, Chris, Sean, Jack and Stefan, were an excellent, professional team in all respects. Work was done exactly as estimated - no surprises. Chimney looks great. You cannot tell where the rebuild started, its seamless. Cleanup was immaculate which is always much appreciated, and which they finished in the dark until it was completed. Extremely pleased with the team, the work, and the company. Will be calling them out in the spring for some work on foundation. Craftsmen are difficult to find these days. Brickworks team were craftsman, through and through.

the customer service was very good - all my calls were returned and a confirmation call was received the day before they were scheduled. Polite and cleaned up when they were done. The work quality looks good, but only time will tell
