Wood Fence - Install
I met with Rick and his wife Keena to install a wood fence around 5/25 at my home. They took measurements and contacted me the next day for my estimate and let me know what my deposit would be. Rick came the next day to get my deposit of $1900 and I have not seen him since. (the check was cashed the next day). There were multiple days where I was told he would be there to have it done and they would just never show up. The fence never got installed and I have been trying to get my deposit back ever since. I am now in contact with a lawyer to try and resolve this matter. Do not hire.

I hired this cleaner following an inquiry in the HomeAdvisor web site. The team (wife and husband) arrived promptly reviewed the extent of the job and quoted and acceptable price. The work was carried out to my total satisfaction. I realise that this was the initial visit, but my current expectation is that the work will continue at high initial standard

He removed a downed tree and a compromised tree due to an ice storm. The downed tree damaged a chain link fence. The workmanship was good but the one weekend job turned into a month long job. Schedule performance left a lot to be desired. Some was due to weather but most of it was due to the fact he was very undependable. Simply would not show on the days he said the work was going to be done. Very frustrating!! Amazing to me how so-called professional contractors treat customers. Karma!
