"This customer became very difficult to deal with and in the end he would not let us finish the project. We felt that the project was not worth continuing and the environment would be hostile. We issued the customer a full refund for the project and wished him well. We are a company of integrity. We try to have a transparent and smooth process with all of our customers. In the end there are some people that cannot be made happy or intentionally want to be difficult. We consider those situations to be hostile and rather move on from the project. Our Company reputation means more than profit!"

"We have no idea what this customer is referring to. We did a very small job at an apartment compound of theirs. To note this was one of the most deplorable ran multi-units we have ever seen. We installed a vanity with sink in the bathroom..a small kitchen base counter with sink and countertop in the kitchen. There was a small issue with the kitchen counter that was immediately corrected. The rest of the unit was under renovation but no additional work was done by our company. I believe the owner has us confused with whomever else they have completed work at their property. We will dispute the validity of this review."
