I just booked an exterior condo wash and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Ben Garner, who prided the quote. He answered all my questions and gave a lot of information on the Bright Brothers cleaning process in comparison to other pressure washing companies. He developed a very specific quote for my condo and was not a high pressure salesperson-which I appreciate. He was awesome! Can’t wait to see the result of the service.

This is our second time using Bright Brothers. We had them clean out and wash our gutters, as well as, install gutter guards. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The crew communicated throughout the process and reviewed the completed work. The gutters look like new. I can highly recommend Bright Brothers!

Colin & Bright Brothers did an amazing job cleaning our house. Every detail was given attention and the house looked newer than when we moved in. They also did the throw circles at my former school I coached at and did an awesome job there as well. Couldn’t recommend them more. Grade A work.

The Territory Manager, Ben Garner was very thorough providing information about the company and services. He prepared a reasonable offer tailored to my needs. March 10, services were completed and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bright Brothers of South Charlotte. From the beginning, communication was poor, and the process felt disorganized. The worst part, though, was dealing with Colin. He was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our interactions. I asked simple questions about the service and pricing, and he acted like I was wasting his time. It felt like he had no interest in actually helping or providing decent customer service. Based on how I was treated, I definitely wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone.
