I will begin by saying that I am a very thorough cleaner so I had very high standards. I found Brite cleaners to be polite, promote and accommodating. As far as their "deep cleaning", I was very disappointed. I hired them to clean a home that had been a rental that I was prepping to sell. I considered their cleaning to be more of a surface clean not a deep clean. Cabinets were dry wiped-not cleaned and polished. Base boards were dry wiped-not on hands and knees with cleaner. The company did not have to clean toilets, walls or doors (I painted walls and replaced all toilets & doors). Most of the insides of the cabinets were dry wiped (more than a few were missed). Switch and outlet covers weren't touched. Approximately 8 hours of cleaning cost me $450. Not what I expected for the money but again, I know I am very very particular with my cleaning. I believe I received a cleaning that I do on a regular basis not a "deep clean". Everyone has different standards and needs, this is just my opinion. As stated earlier, I did find the company to be polite, prompt and accommodating. The individuals that came to my home couldn't have been any nicer.

Very unprofessional. Job was not finished but got paid. They were suposed to come back next day. A month later after calling daily with no results. I have up. I realized they were not coming back. I got cheated. I take part of blame for paying them first without getting job done. But would not ever use them again and would definately not recommend them to anyone. I was very unhappy that they did not honor their word and they still cashed in my check. VERRRY DISAPPOINTED. For a first time hiring a cleaning service I'm not up for doing it again. Especially with Bright cleaning services.

They did okay, but really did not complete all promised. Felt was very high priced for the work completed.

The owner manager was always polite and courteous.

It made me feel like they were purposely making themselves blind to what was supposed to be DEEP-CLEANED. I had to go around telling them what they missed. I DID NOT appreciate this. The price was too high for what I was billed. Not very satisfied and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

The cleaning that was done by Gisela and her group was excellent. Very happy with the job. I would recommend this company.

Even though I was not there when the cleaning was performed in my fathers home in Texas - we had a friend at the house and she was very very very impressed with the cleaning that was done on the home. Thank tou so much for all your hard work getting the house ready for sale

When discussing the price, I would have liked the total price to have been stated. I was surprised when he mentioned the tax after the service was complete. I thought the tax was included in the price quoted. But the workers were very professional and were done in less time than anticipated.

Mr. Bright was VERY quick to respond and always very helpful! I give them 2 thumbs up!

They have given me my life back. It is so wonderful to have a totally clean home again. It has spurred me on to do more cleaning in my yard and office which is in my home. There was a glitch but it was rectified immediately and I am totally happy with my results. The house keepers were hard workers, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again for a total house cleaning and look forward to basic monthly cleaning.

Very professional, met with me & gave a complete price for House Deep Clean plus all carpets. Ladies are good efficient workers overall. Only found a few areas later that were missed. My Father was NOT a housekeeper; it's now 80% cleaner than it was and ready to sell. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

They said it would take about 4 hours for a deep clean, they were done in a little over 2 which would be fine if they did anything. This is the worst maid service I ever had, I just got done dusting everything else again myself including everything they just dusted around or missed.
