Great communication, flexible when presented with an addition to the project. Work was neat and clean using better materials than I would have purchased myself at the home center, and the price was very reasonable.

They are on time which is a big deal to me, Elton explained what he needs to do to get the job done right and did not waste any precious time getting it done

I needed some electrical work done throughout my house and reached out to Elton who explained in detail all steps of the project and gave me a very reasonable estimate for it (materials included). The team of electricians that worked at my house was led by Ermir (Miri) who is very professional and nice to work with. They did a great job installing lights and one ceiling fan which I purchased. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time as there were some unexpected hiccups and even cleaned up afterwards. I have more electric work that needs to be done and will hire them again. I would highly recommend Bright Electric to my family and friends.

Prompt response. Work quality good. Cleanliness. However watch out what you are charged for. Original estimate was based on $85/hour for 2nd hour plus each hour after that. Two workers came out. Project Manager and a helper (I felt he was being trained on the site). Work took 2 1/2 hours. I was charged 5 hours. No where did it say that the $85 per hour was per person. So this helper was making $85 per hour. Not bad.

The people from this company know what they are doing. We had an electrical problem in our house and they went about a very methodical process of trouble shooting and found the problem and fixed it in about an hour. We were impressed. I would not hesitate to call on Bright Electric again when the need arises. They are professional , proficient, and confident in their skills. Highly recommended. Amir B.

The problem that I had was not extensive - fluttering lights throughout the house and apparently a bad fuse, but, Elton was very friendly, efficient, explained what the problem might be and a course of action, and was in and out quickly. Good Experience and if/when I have other electrical work I will certainly call them first.
