Bright responded quickly and was able to get to my home days before any other company could. I really appreciate that they were respectful of my wishes to handle the problem as humanely as possible. They were also respectful of my home. We have not had a single problem since they have done the work—what a relief! They did a great job and I’d gladly recommend Bright to other people.

I must say, Bright Environmental Services are awesome, I had serious termites infestation in my downstairs bathroom. Frank exterminated internally and externally placed baits in flower beds. Korey did an exceptional job at my home in the Bronx. I would give way more than five stars if I could. From start to finish, he was excellent with communication and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both me and my tenant, whose apartment had the bed bug issue. He answered every question I had and provided truly outstanding service. He’s very knowledgeable in the field and such a kind and easy person to work with, which made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.
