Jay Latella was extremely informative and helpful when he came to the house to offer a written estimate. The installation was done as scheduled without problems. Just before he arrived I had discovered the entire basement floor was under water. He left and returned with a sump pump, and pumped out all the water. He then went through the house to make certain none of the pipes were leaking, and correctly diagnosed that the flood was caused by groundwater. He didn't charge for any of this help. He saved me the cost of a tow truck by bringing equipment to move a non-running car stored in the driveway, so the boiler could get into the house

I like the way Gary worked, he was very neat and took his time installing my new Boiler. The one thing I did not like is that I was told when i got my new boiler install in October of 2009 that Bright Home was part of the Con Edison rebate program. I found out that Bright was not part of the rebate program untill this January 2010 so there for I was told, I did not qualify for the rebate. Miss out on getting $1000.00 dollars back from Con Edison.Now I am just waiting to see how good the follow up service is. I did call about a 2 minnor problems and someone was here in a day.

Jay Latella the Bright Home representative was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding of our situation. He worked with us recommending the best replacement furnace for our needs. Everything he promised came true. The workman came on time on the day scheduled. They were efficient, did a great job raising the furnace 1 1/2 feet above basement floor as we have a water problem periodically. They cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant to deal with. Jay kept us informed by telephone and restored heat to the house as quickly as possble even working on a holiday.

The were extremely professional. They insulated my crawlspace as well as my attic. It has made a tremendous difference in the comfort level of our home. I never felt pressured to do anything, and they were easy to understand and explained everything clearly.
