I thought that they were simply fantastic. They came within 24 hours of calling them. My husband and I were shopping for new carpet just the day before and we decided to just get the carpets cleaned. We honestly didn't even think that cleaning them would work but to my surprise, my carpets look brand new. So yes, I am so excited. I feel like I have new carpeting and I didn't have to pay new carpet prices.
