They have not started my project.

They took a several thousand dollar deposit and 5 months later no work is done...in fact it has not even been started. They dont answer the phone. These people claim that their shower has a warranty. How much faith would you have that they will answer the phone for warranty need when they havent answered it for an installation. I would caution anybody looking into getting anything done from this company.
