Roof Cleaning Service
Hired company to wash roof and house. Did a good job. Within 24 hours my plants next to house started dying. Asked then repeatedly to come out and review. They sent text saying they would send check for $150. I priced affected plants. $1,100 not included removal and labor to replant.. Paperwork said I had 48 hours to pay final amount of bill. They charged my card with out permission within 24 hours using down payment card info. Most of the plants over time might come back to original state before the wash. The Japanese maple will be miss shaped and not a good looking a original. I offered to settling with them replacing the Japanese maple. They have ignored me. They have my money and just want me to go away.

They pressure washed and left all the dirt on the surfaces they previously washed. They came out to fix on another trip and did the same thing. They hire young kids who donâ  t know how to properly perform the work. I chose them because their salesman seemed the most professional and even paid a premium over other companyâ  s quoted. Save your money and choose someone else. Iâ  m going to have to do it all over again myself.

Roof Cleaning Service
Person did a good job. Came at 1700 and finished at 2100 when it was dark. Couldn't check work till next day. Recommend they have an end time to start so complete in daylight.

We tried to install our own bistro lighting and it turned out to be a disaster. It didn't give the look we wanted so we called Bright Services, as they do our Christmas lights as well. They were amazing. The techs arrived ontime and were extremely friendly. They went above and beyond making our deck look amazing!

Kent was to replace a cement foundation that had sunk and caused a supported sunroom to sink in one corner. He started the job with a couple of workers who I feel were incompetent. The work they did was unacceptable and Kent never showed up to check on the progress. He then stopped communicating and would not respond to phone calls, email, or even certified mail. He had been paid a hefty deposit which we consider lost. Kent had previously completed a basement room for us which we would rate as a 5 star. Not sure what happened but I don't feel anyone should contract wit Kent.

I hired Highlander due to my interaction with another partner, but when my cabinets were approx two weeks from completion, they parted ways. Kent took over installation and it took almost 8 weeks to get done and even then there were items he acknowledged were not complete, but promised to come out and fix the next week. Multiple phone calls, texts later, he has not responded. Three months later, I finally had to pay someone else to fix the outstanding items and in the course, discovered shortcuts and poor workmanship that would have to be corrected in the future. I am happy with the look of the cabinets, but I attribute that to the prior partner, not Kent. The employees were often unprepared, late, and just agonizingly slow, even when Kent was with them. Avoid!

They came in to repair someone else's botched job! Not a lot of contractors would take on something like this without excessive charging. Kent was honest about the job, and followed through as promised. Extremely professional!

Addition to Existing Structure - Build: I had a walk-in closet addition constructed. Kent thankfully helped with the design. Built-in cabinets, shelving, storage cubbies, clothes racks, and shoe shelves all made of wood custom made and painted they installed carpet. My Master closet was magazine worthy! // Bathroom - Remodel: The guys from Highlander were so nice and professional. Kent was so knowledgeable and helpful. As in most remodeling jobs, we ran into some unforeseen issues, but they were quickly resolved and they managed to keep my costs low. My bathroom is spectacular and everything I dreamed of!
