They ruined a backsplash they were doing for me. Destroyed the drywall behind my cabinets and counters while removing the unsatisfactory work they did and busted my cabinet.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a remodeling project that has left my 66-year-old disabled mother living in unsafe and uninhabitable conditions for over eight months. The company, represented by Ramone and Kayla, promised my mother a complete remodel of her home. Instead, the home was gutted and then effectively abandoned. The property remains dirty, hazardous, and not fit for occupancy. My mother has been forced to stay in a hotel because the residence is not livable. Over the past eight months, Ramone and Kayla have repeatedly promised completion dates. At least four projected completion deadlines have passed with no meaningful progress. There have also been multiple missed appointments and no-shows. Communication has become inconsistent, and my mother?s urgent requests for updates and completion have largely been ignored. Because of the company?s failure to complete the contracted work, my mother has incurred substantial hotel and living expenses. No resolution.

I hired this company to convert a garage to a living space as well as add a utility sink to the garage, at the same time I hired them to sheetrock my existing shed in my backyard and add a light and two electrical outlets. First off. they told me that they could not. start until they obtained the required permits to do the work, I came to find out that they never pulled the permits when code enforcement showed up at my door. The paint job on certain parts of the room was terrible, they ruined my brand new floors as well as my existing floors with the glue that they were using to put down the floors, the plumbing that they put in to run the utility sink did not pass inspection so I had to get it redone, they were unable to get AC in that room as promised, as for the storage shed in my backyard the electrical work did not pass inspection so that had to be redone, sheetrock was ripped and they refused to replace it. Worst experience I have ever. had.

New roof install from Hurricane Helene damage. Charged for materials that were not used. Incorrect install of vent boot/vent over the kitchen stove. Direct TV satellite removed from roof and not replaced?satellite dish is missing (presumed thrown away with old roof materials). Brandon did final inspection and confirmed incorrect installation of vent and said I?d hear from the office for it to be fixed. Have yet to hear from the office. However, I received ?Completion of work? stating work has been done in a satisfactory manner for me to sign (which I rejected). No warranty information or length of warranty selected on the Notice of completion. Brandon is well aware that the work was NOT done in a satisfactory manner. Their communication SUCKS, they show up without notifying of a date/time. They begin work and don?t finish, then their subcontractors show up without notice. AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Did a very good job. Showed up on time and worked until the job was done. They were neat and clean. We both forgot that the contract called for some gutter work. Came back and completed. They were good to work with. I’m going to let them bid a more complicated project which involves tiling and repairing.

I hired Bright Sky to do some repairs I had been wanting to get done for a long time. Their associate George arrived right on time and was extremely professional! He explained how the process would work before he got started and disposed of my damaged doors so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I would highly recommend this company to any friends or family that need repairs in or around the home!

I hate leaving reviews, but for $9800, this shower job was unacceptable. From saying it could be done in 4 days, to taking 2 weeks. From saying it was done 3 times and 2 of those times the floor was still coming apart. Asking for payment before they were done so they could keep doing the job. Asking for payment without even being here to inspect the work! Project managers hardly even being involved. I will say they got it right the 3rd time after having to bring another crew in, but their rep was already ruined in my eyes. And after all that, give us a whole $200 off for our trouble and tell us to call in the future if we have anything else. You don't always get what you pay for. We have another shower to do, but I couldn't rehire this company again.

Hurricane Helene demolished our sunroom. Bright Sky has totally repaired/rebuilt the entire room. Their crews know what they are doing and are very efficient. Brandon and Jerome are easy to work with too. These are before photos and after as they are working on it.

Had some rotten wood in my patio decking, they came out and quoted me a reasonable price, and within 24 hours came back out and started work. Project was completed quickly and porch looks good as new.

Ramone at Bright Sky and team are professional, efficient, precise and reliable. Quick to respond and gets the job done right the first time. I'm happy I found and used their services. They did an excellent job on my floors. I will definitely be hiring this company for other projects around my house.
