"I'm sorry to say that the customer didn't tell the truth, the actual story of Mis Barbara isn't like she said First she contact me through home advisor app to tune up her boiler because she just bought a new house. when I visited here at 11/2/2019 @09:15 am, I found that the boiler is working but the water is very dirty and have a lot of mud in the boiler, I gave her a estimate to flush the boiler and chemically cleaning, and as I found the thermostat not working she asked me to install a new wifi thermostat, after I finished cleaning the boiler and while check the heat I found two radiator air vents are not working properly. and I to"
"First, I want to say thanks to Mr. Sandy that he trusts us for doing the service to his boiler. Secondly: before I start the boiler I checked the burners, the roll-out safety switch, the low-water cut-off, the automatic water feeder, the burners offices, also I checked the boiler heat exchanger from bottom to see if there is any sign for leaks from the heat exchanger sections, and when I found all are good, I started the boiler and drained some of the boiler water to recheck the Low-Water cut-off, the automatic water feeder, and the water level in the boiler, and after I finished all checks (the tune-up) I told the customer that his boiler is working properly. But Really I surprised when he asked me to open all boiler panels from sides and top to check the roll-out switch which located in the front lower part to the boiler, besides that, I already checked it before and after starting the boiler. And I explained to him practically by opening the top cover of the boiler and let him take a look that this cover is to cover the boiler heat exchanger and no way to check or see the roll-out switch, but he surprised me again when he told me that his plumber told him that there are soot and debris falls from the top of the boiler and that cases the roll-out switch to blow up, which hundred percent wrong diagnostic, but he insists that he believes his plumber, that I should disassemble the whole boiler panels to clean the soot and debris although when I opened the top panel for him, she saw that it's clean. Finally, to reach his satisfaction, I gave him a boiler water treatment bottle and promised to do the boiler chemical treatment for free at the next visit."
