My refrigerator is 13 years old and it started freezing food. Haney tested the control board and that was okay. He then determined it was the temperature control. He had to order the part and came back 2 days later. He replaced that and stayed to retest and retest to insure that the problem was solved. He also deducted the original charge to come to the house from the job when completed. Price was very reasonable. My refrigerator is working perfectly now. I will definitely call him in the future.

I hired Aziz for HVAC repair, he gave me a price on the phone, initially, came to do the work told me it will cost $500 that he told me on the phone, did part of the job told me he will come back he asked me for the money in full and I did, so I called Aziz to see when he was coming back and he told he he finished the job and will not be back we have called multiple times and no return call back, we have kids and no heat in the house and we trusted Aziz to come back and complete the work

"I'm sorry to say that the customer didn't tell the truth, the actual story of Mis Barbara isn't like she said First she contact me through home advisor app to tune up her boiler because she just bought a new house. when I visited here at 11/2/2019 @09:15 am, I found that the boiler is working but the water is very dirty and have a lot of mud in the boiler, I gave her a estimate to flush the boiler and chemically cleaning, and as I found the thermostat not working she asked me to install a new wifi thermostat, after I finished cleaning the boiler and while check the heat I found two radiator air vents are not working properly. and I to"

I hired bright star co. to clean my steam boiler, Mr. Aziz responded to service the boiler, I told him its working but have not been serviced for at least ten years he insisted the boiler was clean without taking apart anything to check for soot or debris, I told him the thermal fuse was replaced twice in two weeks, and he told me I was mistaken, he did check the electrical and was not going to look at anything else because it was clean. I showed him one of the replaced thermal fuses he checked it Mr Aziz told me I write it was blown but did not look any further for a reason why the fuse blew because the boiler was clean. After paying him 175.00 for his electrical check service which is all he did I was told they email receipts, I am still waiting. This was my first Time finding a repair person through Home Advisor and my last. Oh yes he did leave me a bottle of boiler cleaner.

"First, I want to say thanks to Mr. Sandy that he trusts us for doing the service to his boiler. Secondly: before I start the boiler I checked the burners, the roll-out safety switch, the low-water cut-off, the automatic water feeder, the burners offices, also I checked the boiler heat exchanger from bottom to see if there is any sign for leaks from the heat exchanger sections, and when I found all are good, I started the boiler and drained some of the boiler water to recheck the Low-Water cut-off, the automatic water feeder, and the water level in the boiler, and after I finished all checks (the tune-up) I told the customer that his boiler is working properly. But Really I surprised when he asked me to open all boiler panels from sides and top to check the roll-out switch which located in the front lower part to the boiler, besides that, I already checked it before and after starting the boiler. And I explained to him practically by opening the top cover of the boiler and let him take a look that this cover is to cover the boiler heat exchanger and no way to check or see the roll-out switch, but he surprised me again when he told me that his plumber told him that there are soot and debris falls from the top of the boiler and that cases the roll-out switch to blow up, which hundred percent wrong diagnostic, but he insists that he believes his plumber, that I should disassemble the whole boiler panels to clean the soot and debris although when I opened the top panel for him, she saw that it's clean. Finally, to reach his satisfaction, I gave him a boiler water treatment bottle and promised to do the boiler chemical treatment for free at the next visit."

He went their on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem and repaired it pretty quickly. Didn't try to upsell just gave me honest assessment and pricing which i appreciated. I'm pretty handy and have a general idea what things should cost and he was fair and quick and extremely courteous. Overall Aziz is a nice guy and would recommend him to anyone.

I called them a couple of weeks ago when it was almost 100 degrees out and my AC wasn t working. As a person who knows about AC I did everything to fix it but I failed. Aziz was the person who came to my house who was knowledgeable and professional fixed the AC in no time and charged me the the cost price for the part he installed. Thank you guys
