They told me they charged $50 an hour, turned out to be $80 an hour. The person doing the cleaning said he had to go, his time allotment was over,. I do not trust them and cannot recommend them. This is not a business interested in a long term relationship.

"Hi Doug I apologize that I did not see this and respond sooner, Our integrity is important to us, I feel that there was a misunderstanding on pricing, Our rates are not 80.00 an hour nor where you charge that much per hour. The quote was a flat rate based on squared footage and condition I did not quote an hourly. If I do it would have been 52.00 per labor hour 2 cleaners for 4 hours is 8 labor hours. You were charged what was quoted and I know it was less than $400.00. I did quote you a different price for the monthly recurring cleanings which is way less than than the deep cleaning we did. I was personally there for about 3hours with Chris. He was there a little longer after I left. He must have meant he was done because there was no time limit set only an estimated time that it should take. It is our desire that we provide a great experience and consistent quality to every customer. I apologize that you felt otherwise and that I did not follow up properly with you. Your continued business would have been valued. We love to have long-lasting relationships with our clients. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and not following up and that you felt your business was not appreciated. I do appreciate you reviewing us so that I can improve my business and grow. The work they performed was fine, the rate they quoted compared to what was charged was way off. I would not recommend this service.

Michelle is a very good communicator. Her team is well trained and polite. She asked a lot of questions, made a lot of notes and did everything she promised. I was intending to do a one time clean but am so happy that we've decided on twice a month. Non toxic products are a plus. Our home smells clean and fresh, looks clean and fresh and feels clean and fresh. Bright & Sparkly is the perfect name for this business. Our home is back to its old self.
