Bad attitude. Did not do thorough top to bottom cleaning. Did not do blinds or windows as requested. Wasted my money.

This was suppose to be a gift from our Daughter & Son in law. Let's just be nice and say I was really disappointed in them. They do a bad job even when you go from room to room and show them the things you would like them to do. Would not recommend them.

I hired this company because of the dust from taking out slate flooring and the cement subflooring. The dust was on everything. Informed the lady when she called me I wanted the walls, from ceiling to floors including everything in between. Did not feel micromanaging was needed. They did not accomplish the job they were hired to accomplish. They did not move anything, just dusted objects which left them dirty. Had to go back and dust everything again.

Brighter Day Cleaning Service did a terrible job and was 30 minutes late. She brought her son who was about 15 years old which she had to instruct how to do everything. The owner of cleaning company told me over the phone said that she would send two women plus herself to do a deep cleaning. She said that would include, Moping, vacuuming all floors, wipe down Kitchen counters and kitchen cabinets, all exterior appliances, clean interior windows and sills, dust entire home, and bathrooms. When she said she was just about finished in 1 hour 45 mins, I started looking around; I mentioned to her that my bathroom counter was still dirty, Billy was agitated and said that she scrubbed the counter, I pointed out the toothpaste and dirt still on the counter. The Kitchen she had her son wipe down and he made a mess, I pointed it how to her, but she said they would not come clean, I grabbed some Windex and paper towel and the cabinets clean write up. The appliances were never touched or the windows. They did clean the window sills. The final straw was she said they do not accept checks or credit cards only Cash. Drove to the bank to get her cash and asked her for a receipt, she dug around in her purse and asked me if I had a piece of paper to write one out on, I told her that was very unprofessional, told me to go to hell, I told her that I was going to contact HomeAdvisor and she said she did not care that she had plenty of work and drove off.

The gals were on time However I wanted a deep clean and dusting with feather dusters is not that. I left before they finished and none of the rugs were put back after they washed the floors. So while the owner was very nice and friendly I paid three hundred for two people for about 3 hours. Not a good value. Also the owner wanted cash which she did not tell me ahead of time. Just not a good experience.

Billie who called me for our move out project was professionall and friendly. She added us into her schedule which we were grateful for. However she and her crew were over one and a half hour late ( she did call to let us know) and her regular crew was still busy. We felt like sh just rounded up anyone she coul find including family members. Overall work quality just fair.

Much was not cleaned, including the fireplace hearth, the outside of the stove, the bathroom floor area behind the toilet, and the open shelves on the kitchen cupboards. The floors were not cleaned well, either. I asked the person in charge why the side of the stove was not cleaned. She said cleaning it would have removed the surface of the stove. The next day, I wiped it down with Windex and a sponge and it came clean without any problem. I cleaned the hearth, the bathroom floor and many other areas the next day, as well. One of the workers threw away a piece of mail in the new owner's name. Luckily, it was found in the trash by the woman in charge,; but it was torn. I would NOT recommend this company. It was also 90 minutes late because the job before ours' was running overtime. Additional crew was brought in to clean our house. This could have been the issue, but this was no excuse for a sub standard job.

In addition to not providing the services she promise she brings her kid on the job who wslks through the house touching and picking up things that did not belong to him. How do you dust without polishing the furniture? Gave me no receipt for my payment. Lacks professionalism. Was late for appointment. Never again.

Did a great job cleaning a move out and getting it ready to put on the market! House was dusty and they made it sparkle!

Did not do a good or thorough job for the money. House was empty. Hired for move in cleaning. Had to finish job myself.

Paid $200 for "deep cleaning" and the house didn't look touched. Sinks were filthy, as was the refrigerator and shower. Would never use/recommend this business. Total rip off.

Helped me out on short notice. Came out on a Saturday afternoon after movers left and worked quickly.

I'm satisfied.

Their customer service was excellent. They were very down to earth, friendly, and professional.

They're pretty good I will work with them in the future.
