Brighter Homes 4 You, LLC

DO NOT HIRE! I hired Eddie for a window job in November of 2020 when i gave him a down payment for the job. After months of ignoring my phone calls he finally started to pay me back for the job he never started. The only reason he started paying me back was because i went to find him. Still owes me money today and is currently ignoring my phone calls. DO NOt HIre!!!!

Eddie came to inspect the roof that was installed by him 9 years ago following a minor roof leak during a recent storm with strong winds and heavy rain. He was thorough in checking the entire roof and applied sealant to shingles as well as flashing for pipes. He was kind enough to reinstall a chimney cap that got blown off during the storm.

Good job and a good price.

We had Eagle come do a roofing job for us in the fall of 2016. Their quote was competitive, and the reviews I saw were positive, however when it came to the actual service, we found out that they provided awful workmanship of poor quality, and equally as awful customer service. A month or two after my roof was replaced, I started experiencing leaks in one area. I repeatedly called Eagle, and the response I got was argumentative, and they refused to acknowledge the issue due to the leak being over the sunroom. Eventually they did say that they would come take a look, but never showed, and now they do not respond at all. I ended up having to hire someone else and spend additional thousands of dollars for repairs, despite the lifetime warranty I was offered and signed for with Eagle. Come to find out that the reason we had a leak was that they never installed the flashing around the chimney. I feel as though they took advantage of me due to my gender, as I dealt with them since my husband works.

They should stand behind the work they do. They are not showing me accountability or reliability.

Eddie and team were great. They are professional and completed the work on time. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work is top notch. Great job!

Eddie and his team did a great job installing new roof and completed the job on time.

Price was competitive - they did a good job and cleaned up everything. The job was done professionally and on time, which was tricky due to the very rainy spring we had.

I hired Eddie and they put on a roof for me and I had to call them about an issue and they finally took care of it and just recently I called Eddie because I had a leak and said that he would be there last week and did not show, this has been going on for weeks, over 2 dozen phone calls have been unanswered

From start to finish, Eagle's crew did a great job of removing my old roof, installing a new roof, and their clean up after ward was outstanding. Eddie was great to deal with and was a man of his word, providing all we discussed before Eagle was hired. They were able to meet a quick schedule and provide a quality service at a great value for the price.

Clean, on time and fully communicates every step. Would definitely hire again!

Eagle Home Improvements LLC is outstanding. Eddie the owner of the company responded to our request for a new roof immediately. He was polite and courteous. He met with us and patiently explained the estimate in full detail. We really appreciated his understanding especially since we weren't really at all that knowledgeable with roofing but new we definitely needed one, although we certainly did our homework before calling Eagle Home Improvements LLC and new one thing for sure they have exceptional ratings!...We are very pleased that we picked Eagle Home Improvements LLC. There quality of material and their work was exceptional along with the clean up You could hardly believe there was anyone there. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

The job was completed in a timely manner.

Hard working crew with exceptional results !! Great value

It was a pleasure to work with Eagle. The representative was very knowledgeable and professional, and the cost was right in the area that we anticipated. The construction crew was punctual, very nice, very efficient, and hardworking throughout the day. While working on the detached garage, we could see the young man carefully lining up the shingles. The crew was also very concerned about protecting the entire 2 story house, i.e. shutters, basement door, and the new landscaping that surrounds the house perimeter, all as Eddie had promised. The clean-up was also first rate; after a week, not one nail has been found on the grounds. It was a very chilly and windy January day, yet we feel that the job was done with the same effort and concern that the crew would have given on a spring day. Minus checking the attic after the next rain storm, the job is 100%. Thank you Eagle for adding value to our home and giving us confidence in your job.

Good guy...efficient and quick.

The job was done on time and within budget. I was very impressed by the professionalism and quality of the men who did the installation and by Eddie, who explained the entire job to me and answered all my questions. My property actually looked better after they cleaned it up than before they arrived. I would sincerely recommend them for any roofing job. THANKS!!

Eagle Home Improvement recently replaced my roof (tear off and re-roof), gutters and downspouts Eagle did a great job. They were professional, answered all my questions and concerns, and worked with me to schedule the work at a convenient time. The work took two days: the roofing was completed on the first day and the gutters and down spouts on the second. Eagle did an exceptional job protecting my shrubbery and cleaning up after the work was complete. Don S

Eddie gave me the best estimate and his price for replacing the ply wood if needed was lower then the other estimates. His employees did a top notch job on my roof, I would highly recommend Eagle Home Improvements to my family and friends and to any one else who require work on their roof.

I had my roof, gutters and downsprouts recently done and I must say I am extremely pleased and happy with work done by Eagle Home Improvement. Eddie is a professional and easy to work with individual. He delivered the work as promised in a timely manner and uses quality materials. The crews that he had came out were respectful and did an amzing job! I will definitely recommend Eagle to my friends and family members for their roofing needs! Thanks again Eagle Home Improvement!

Eddie was the guy spot on right from the estimate and inspection. Very modest and a great person, explains exactly what will the project timelines and works around with our schedule. Got the best price quote for complete roof haul away and Owen Corning's asphalt shingles, completed the job in 3 days. Best services to be recommended any time.

After 4 months this company has yet satisfied the requirements to have a permit completed and an inspection to be made. We have made several phone calls and texts to have this completed but have got nothing but excuses, lies and empty promises. Clean up was the worse I have ever seen a company. Pink plastic bags all over, nails thru out the property and plywood left on the grass because not enough room in the dumpster that wasn't picked up for several weeks later. Eddie will say and promise you everything but will never follow thru. i can prove phone calls and texts messages to them and never a reply back to finish what is required.

Excellent work and good clean-up. Two minor leaks quickly repaired.

Superb customer service by Eddie was matched by the high quality work done by his workers on a 30yr old roof with issues. Despite the problems, they fixed everything and cleaned everything up so well you'd never know they were here. And all this for a price that was fantastic, especially considering they covered all the bases from Ice and Storm shield to high quality underlayment and shingles. Very highly recommended.
