Rian McCoy responded quickly to my call. The work was done efficiently and at the right price--would definitely recommend him for any electrical work you might have.

Rian called immediately, within seconds of our listing the job requirements on Home Advisor. This was on a Saturday, when we didn't expect any responses. Then he showed up within a half-hour, diagnosed the problem (a burnt-out ballast high up in our soffit), and replaced the ballast with one in accordance with DOE regs for 2014, as well as new 8-foot fluorescent bulbs. He was competent and friendly. We'd hire him again for electrical work.

Rian showed up on time and did the job needed - fix 2 outlets and install a new range hood. He was courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend Brighter Image

Hired him in November 2013. He did some work and never came back to finsih. I called the city to check on the permits & he never pulled permits. I have a box outside thats new and thats as far as he went. He said he overbooked himself & said he would do it in a week. Never to hear from him again. He won't answer our calls anymore. Maria N.

Rian responded to my phone message within minuets, scheduled the job within hours, arrived on time and did exactly what needed to be done. The problem turned out to be a burned-out electrical outlet that could have caused a fire. He will be coming back to inspect the other outlets in this 40-year old house. His rates are reasonable and he works quickly.

Rian and his team did a fantastic job for our huge kitchen remodel. They were the only company that removed our panel and knew with such dramatic changes to a 50 year-old wiring system we would need an amperage upgrade. The work was done over and above my expectations. Not only did they install all the fixtures etc. , they even put my ceiling fan up straight from the box unassembled; no extra charge! Brighter Image stands up to their name and I would and already have recommended them to others. Thanks guys!

Thanks to Brighter Image, an electrical fire in the ceiling of my garage was averted! The outlet for our garage door opener was giving us problems. As I watched, blue sparks came out of the connectors as the outlet box was removed. Rian fixed the shorted connection, identified a separate line, put in some new box wire and checked all connections to the outlet, answering any questions as they arose. He and his coworker were pleasant and efficient and the price was quite resonable. Thanks.

Many thanks to Rian and his team for an excellent job on adding new circuits to our panel and running some conduit. He was incredibly helpful and willing to explain our electrical system to us so that we could understand how to take care of our house. He did excellent, clean work for a very fair price. I'd recommend his services in an instant, and I will be calling him again for any other electrical work we do.
