He was knowledgeable, responsive and made sure I understood my options every step of the way. The actual tile work was done by his dad, Kevin, whose commitment to top shelf craftsmanship truly shows. The attention to detail and pride in his work resulted in an absolutely awesome finished product. Their quote was very competitive, but what really sold me was their depth of knowledge—and the fact that they let me benefit from it rather than just pushing a quick sale. Even when it became clear that the project was more involved than they initially estimated, their commitment to quality never wavered.
