I paid 925.00 for a 5 year roof repair warranty. They repaired the roof and were supposed to come out every year for 5 years and do any repairs needed. They never came back this year, which would have been year 1 of the 5 year warranty. Now there is no answer when you call, no answer to the BBB complaint I filed against the company. I can file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, but basically I am out 925.00. This is very upsetting!

Do not use this company. I hired them to fix a leak in my roof. After the repair was completed the roof began leaking in the same spot. I have tried calling them, emailing them, and send FB messages and they will not respond. I just filed a lawsuit against this company.

Screwed me over. The guys a crook. Never have him do anything! UPDATE 02/23/2021: They also put in EdgeVent over the whole perimeter of the roof, he installed it wrong, I found this afterward and he said he would come back in October but never did... he just left me hanging. Never came back and never performed the fix.

He charged a good price for the repairs and added extra repairs and did not charge extra after the original price. was on time.

Contractor will not return phone calls if there is a problem. They have no customer service person in place to even take a call! If you call, you get whoever has a VM. They set up and appointment to come out and they don't show up. Zero follow-up on complaints.

Prompt and fair on estimate. Actually fixed an issue we had for 10 yrs on and off. It has been a very wet winter/early spring and no troubles so far - yeah! Love the 5yr warranty and service package.

1 star is too much for it. This company is the worst contractor I ever hired. I hired it to fix my roof on October 2016 supposedly covered with 5 years warranty, but 4 months later, it is leaking again. When I tried to contact it, greeted with voice box, they never call back. I am going to sue this company in court for breach of warranty/contract.

I hired Metro Detroit Roofing. The second one on your HA list that you provided me. They did come out and completed the work but I am not sure if it is resolved yet due to the nature of the roof leak I had. Time will let me know if they actually fixed it. They guaranteed me a five-year warranty and they will check the roof every year up to that point and repair anything that needs to be addressed within the maintenance package that I purchased as part of the service. So far they did a good job and the good customer service was very nice to have.
