Very responsive and great quality work. The folks showed up on time. Pricing is overall very high in the Austin market, I paid $200 for two guys for 20 min. This is probably below average for Austin, but still shocking for me - therefore and average rating on price.

Great experience

The men were professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew what was done and marked my panel accordingly. They took care to make sure my freezer's new outlet was a dedicated line to avoid future issues too. I will definitely call them in the future for any electrical needs I have for my home.

Hired them to install outdoor flood lights, an outdoor electrical outlet and install 2 sconces above our bookcases. Phone service/customer service was fantastic. The pros were really nice and communicative. Only issue was they said they couldn?t install the sconces because they couldn?t run the wire through a 2x4 but we had a handyman come over and look at it and he said no problem. Not sure if it was a liability thing but was a little disappointed. Overall would hire again!

Our experience with Jonathan was the best experience we've EVER had with a home repair/tradesperson in over 30 years of home ownership. We had a near electrical fire because of a much-outdated breaker panel in our 1922 house. When he found out about our situation, Jonathan began managing our project at a moment's notice, and proceeded to immediately coordinate the permits needed with the city and the energy department. He even went to the city office in person to move our work along faster than it was going when he was waiting for people to return his calls. He communicated everything about the process clearly; he was efficient and on time; and he was a strong advocate for our emergency project with the horrible bureaucracy that is the City of Austin. Jonathan was the only one of the 4 contractors I spoke to that was able to give me options before coming out. The others all wanted to charge us a fee just for coming out and explaining the options, and the fee would not be put toward the bill if they ended up doing the work. I appreciate Jonathan's honesty and professionalism.

Jonathan was very punctual, actually arriving a little early. The assembly and installation of 2 ceiling fans was accomplished within a little over an hour. The price for the service was a great value compared to others. I received a full quote when I first made contact which was very appreciated. Great service and would recommend.

Jonathan was punctual when we set up a time to meet for the first time!! That alone was a huge bonus in my book, how many time have you had to wait for a contractor to show up? I told him what I wanted, he gave me a quote, I agreed to the quote. His communication was excellent, he did everything he promised and exactly when he promised. I can't comment on value for the money, but I couldn't leave the star rating blank so I did give him a five based on everything else I experienced with his company. I didn't get another quote. I tried to get another quote, but the other company wanted $80 just to show up, thanks but no thanks. Even if Jonathan quote was at a premium, I'd absolutely use him again. Such a pleasure and rare experience that a contractor actually does what and when he says he will. A+ Jonathan, keep up the good work!

The electrician was very fast and courteous. The company called back promptly and helped me realize that assistance was on the way. There was a burning smell in my master bedroom and a live wire that had not been capped properly was right up against the wall. I am very fortunate I called out when I did. My interaction with the company was excellent overall.

Jonathan was great! After having another electrictian walk off the job, Jonathan was able to come in and pick up where he left off. Our house is quirky, and he was able to troubleshoot the issues we had and fix the problems. He wasn't just on time - he was early for every meeting we arranged, and always curteous, knowlegable and cleaned up after himself. We plan to hire him again for the remaining projects we have planned.
