Had the most reasonable prices for windows I’d gotten from numerous quotes. Installed were professional, friendly, and fast. Windows look great! I replaced original single pane 1980s windows and immediately felt a difference in the insulation for the house. So happy I replaced them and used Brightside! We had some miscommunications around trim and the loan type, so the sales pitch could be more clear, but when I expressed these misunderstandings they were quick to respond and worked with me on a resolution.

We recently had 16 triple-pane windows from Brightside installed in our home, and the results look great so far! The windows also come with innovative features supporting multiple ways of opening them, and also make cleaning them a breeze. The installation team was incredibly efficient, completing the entire project in just a day and a half—including a tricky bay window installation. Everything looks sealed and finished perfectly. They put on shoe socks when working inside and cleaned up each window area after installation. They were even able to work around our some of existing blinds which were too tricky to fully remove. My fiancé and I are very happy with the experience of getting our new windows, as well as the windows themselves! They are beautiful, they will be easy to clean with how they can fold back inside, and we can both see and feel their high quality compared to the home's original windows from 2006 we had previously. We definitely notice a reduction in the noise coming in from outside. We have a two-story home and can feel that the temperature is more even between floors. The Brightside sales representative was friendly and informative and answered all our questions about the windows at the beginning of the process. We had to call Brightside at one point to resolve a financing issue and the person we spoke with helped us to quickly address the problem, so the customer service has been great. No complaints about our experience or the windows, it was all very smooth with great customer service. Would recommend checking out Brightside if you're due for new windows!

Brightside windows did a great job on my window replacement project. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. The installers arrived on time as I was told and finished the job quickly. All in all, it was a great experience. The windows are of high quality. After installation I asked to change the grids and they even offered to change them at no extra charge.

We had 30+ windows that needed to be replaced. We worked with Brightside to do the job and order the windows. As scheduled, the installers arrived and installed windows. Followed by inspection from our contact. We are enjoying the benefits of triple-pane windows. The temperature in the house is very even and we don't hear noise from the roads. It was a great experience and everything was very professional.

Lovely windows and friendly staff. Installed quickly. Our old windows were mid-grade double panes from the 90s and these are quieter and warmer for sure. Love the intrinsic safety catch to keep our young kids from opening too far and falling out!

We went from 60 year old single-pane windows to energy efficient triple-pane replacements, so it was quite the upgrade! They ranged from small 1'x2' bathroom windows to a pair of giant 5'x6' picture windows, and one sliding door. Pros: * Everyone I dealt with was very nice, and they were eager to do things properly. * They sent in their own inspector after the install to ensure everything was done properly, identified several minor issues I hadn't noticed myself, and subsequently corrected them at no extra charge. * The windows seem high quality * The installation was done very well. * Very reasonable pricing. Cons: * The project took a long time from start to finish. * The sliding door has some minor issues, go somewhere else for doors

We finally replaced our 1978 windows. We were lucky to talk to a number of window companies and ultimately chose Brightside Windows. Our first contact with their salesman was respectful and kind, the quality of their product, the diligent measurements and their quote all helped us take the plunge. This all started with a knock on the door. Luckily, I answered. If my wife had answered, there would be no windows. Isabel, the sales person was very nice. She told us about their program and the pricing and about their windows. It all sounded good. We had other windows and a slider installed by another company several years earlier. We were happy with their product, but the cost was almost 2-3X higher. (Tho' to be fair the total square footage of those windows was quite a bit higher too). The installation went smoothly, and the post installation inspection/visit by Diana was most helpful. I felt like if I had any issues at all, she was there to resolve them. I had none. We are (well, I am happy) that I answered the door. If you need windows, I highly recommend you contact Brightside.

Great experience with Brightside from start to finish. Very professional initial presentation with everything clearly explained. Install crew were polite, friendly, neat and quick. They completed the whole house in less than a day. Had one old window that had been leaking creating rot in the frame. A second crew came out and spent one long day tearing out and replacing the frame and then installing the new window. Love all the features of these windows. From my initial introduction to their triple pane windows through the process of measuring, ordering, and installing, I was communicated with regularly. Each representative was thoughtful, polite, efficient, and a joy to work with.

Excellent windows so far! We got upstairs and downstairs windows done. Downstairs it was super drafty and upstairs we wanted to shore up the areas around where we'd have our nursery, no one wants cold air seeping in! So far we've noticed a significant drop in Said draftiness and find the opening and closing of the windows very easy and smooth. We're also impressed with the quality of the locks and security features. Correspondence with Bright Side has been super easy and informative, as well, from sales to the project manager to the installers they used, etc; Taking that into account with the good price and low to no interest financing plan we were given, and I'd consider it a success all around

It is fantastic working with bright side windows. They completed eight windows for our new home and an excellent price for Windows that look great. They told us it would take two days, but I finished it in about six hours on the first day. They were great with the timeline that communicated everything.
