Brightside replaced the majority of our windows and the windows are great! The windows are a big upgrade from our original windows with better noise reduction, opening/closing functionality, and efficiency. We also had interior trim installed, which we did have a few quality issues with, but Brightside did work with us to get those resolved.

I had some windows replaced by Brightside Windows and it was an easy process! They scheduled my appointment when it was convenient for me, brought samples and explained everything well. Denis and his co-worker were prompt and quickly finished the job in one day, and thoroughly answered my questions and cleaned up the areas. I also have stucco on the front around the windows and had no damage at all to the stucco, which I understand can be a problem when replacing the windows. The windows all slide easily, will be easy to clean outside and I'm very happy I went with Brightside.

Our house had its original 1966 wood-frame, single-pane windows. They were charming but drafty and cold. We had been thinking about replacing them when a door-to-door salesman (in this day and age?!) from Brightside came by. The salesman was knowledgeable, polite, low pressure and we were impressed with his demo. We checked out the online reviews and decided to commit. A week or so later a technician came to make detailed measurements for the factory. We were told it would likely be a couple of months before they were ready, and it was about 9 weeks. The installation crew was very professional. A crew of 4 expertly replaced 11 windows in one busy day. The windows themselves are great. The windows are made by the Alside Window Company. Theyâ re triple-pane, warm, quiet, and match our home perfectly. We couldnâ t be happier. Thanks for a job well done!

Not cool. The guy that comes to my door ignores my no soliciting sign. He still wanted to push his deal. He was not respectful of my clearly stated Boundaries.

We live in a windy area in the hills of the Hillsdale neighborhood of Portland. Our living room has three large, single pane bay windows and two smaller storm windows. The living room was very cold despite the thermostat being set at 69 degrees. My husband often sat in the living room wearing a coat, hat and gloves. After Brightside windows were installed five triple pane windows in the living room on March 19, 2024, we experienced a big difference! The living room was very comfortable and even warm. Our heating bill decreased and my husband no longer wears his coat, gloves and hat. We also purchased Brightside windows for the entry way and a bedroom on the main floor of the house, numbering 10 windows total. All the windows are on the front side of the house, which gets the most wind. We have noticed that we are considerably warmer in all the areas now than we were before the triple pane windows were installed. Brightside windows are much more attractive than our previous windows were. They open easily and the screens keep all the ants and flies out of the house. The installers were efficient, removing the old windows and installing the new windows very quickly. They cleaned inside and outside before leaving. An inspector from Brightside came the following week to examine the job. He ordered small marks on the wood mantle of the windows, that were scratched, to be painted, which added to our appreciation and admiration of Brightside and our new windows. I would highly recommend Brightside for their beautiful windows, their efficient work and their thorough follow-up inspection.

Brightside Solutions installed replacement windows on our house just over a month ago. Our 25-year-old double paned windows had leaking seals, rust and were difficult to open and close. From start to finish, the quality of service from this company was outstanding. Chris, our sales rep, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew completed the job in less than a day and left our home cleaner than they found it, both inside and out. We had all the windows in our house replaced, about 20 windows, and the crew had them completed in three days. They did a great job with the installation, including fixing some crumbling siding at the front of the house. They were very courteous and mindful of us working from home, and vacuumed/cleaned up after each day. The trim and finish were very well done. After the installation was complete, the install crew went over the install with the project manager and took the time to point out areas where there may have been some damage from the shipping of the windows. They were very prompt in contacting the manufacture to get in the order for the replacement parts. We love the new windows. Not only do they look very nice, they offer cool features like being able to slide them both from the bottom and the top. They also pivot inwards so that you can clean both sides from inside the house. It was a very smooth process from start to finish.

We are very satisfied with the windows we ordered from Brightside. The May 2020 installation was quick and professional. The mechanisms work smoothly. We found that the Brightside warranty works very well after our house painter broke one of our new windows. We just called Brightside, sent a few pictures, and the window was replaced. The front of our home has a southern exposure and we were happy how well the windows moderated the heat over the summer. We are happy to recommend Brightside Windows.

We recently had the windows replaced in the front of our house by Brightside Home Solutions. Chris and the installation crew were great to deal with. The experience and cost compared with other window options was excellent so we decided to schedule the installation of all of the windows on the back of the house as well. They found some dry rot below one of the upstairs windows and did a great job fixing the area and did not charge me for it. The customer service and overall experience has been excellent so far. I would highly recommend them.
