Brilliant Cleaning Service

Very disappointed in service. First visit was okay but service quality dropped after that. Person was to clean oven and when I went to use 1/2 of cleaner was never wiped off. Asked if they could remove their shoes and one person was not happy and her next visit she flipped the rug and walked down the hall with shoes on and asked her to please remove. She returned with a sarcastic remark. Finally my table had a large mark that looks like a rag was left and removed the polyurethane coating. Rachael stated that her and her boss Theresa came to the decision that they were not responsible. I had suggested it could have been the vinegar they use. Girl said she doesn?t use. She did my floors with it and wiped down Items. They insinuated that I was a liar. Owner, Theresa Viviano never contacted me or asked to see damage. It is sad when people take advantage of seniors. I am not not senile yet and well aware that accidents happen. Take responsibility Brilliant cleaning.

We hired them for a deep clean and then for regular house cleaning services. Courteous, friendly, excellent staff. Will continue with them for regular cleanings. They make our home better.

Only had them one time before corona virus

Brilliant Cleaning not so brilliant. Here two hours and had to have a cigarette break after one hour. Soooo many common sense things not addressed. (And my House is clean). No pride in their work. Incredibly disappointing.

these girls were pleasant and friendly. did their work efficiently. when they left, I checked everything and am so happy with the results. I will begin using this company for monthly cleaning on September 1st.

One year ago I hired this company and gave them 1.5 stars. I said then that the girls didn’t seem to know what they were doing. But every other review was glowing so I decided to try again. April and Terri were wonderful. If it didn’t move they washed it, or polished it. They did everything I asked and I am hiring them for regular cleanings. The office may have communication problems, but the cleaning crew of April and Terri are amazing

Excellent job cleaning the house

We had just moved in and the areas that needed cleaned were very dirty. Everything looked to be cleaned up very nicely. The ladies were friendly and easy yo get along with. I would call this company again.

First time visit. The two ladies were friendly, hard working and thorough. I plan to have them back for regular cleaning. Use this company!

Friendly and stayed on track

Both ladies were terrific. My "one time job" has already turned into a repeat performance. I have scheduled them again and will do so on a regular basis in the future. Thanks Brilliant Cleaning Service for a great job!

They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. But when I tried to call to schedule my next cleaning, they never answered their phone. Home Advisor even tried to connect me to them and still no answer. Really too bad since I liked their work and the women who came to clean for the first time. So I'm moving on to another vendor.

We left the home and they came in and cleaned! Very professional, left everything in place! A big plus for us! Nothing was missing! Did a great job! We were very pleased!

The girls were punctual, neat and clean but didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had to keep pointing out what they missed. The "deep clean" on the basement was a disgrace. The owner did call and offer to send out another crew when I said they had done such a bad job. But by then my house was full of company. I contacted them again when my company left and said she could send another crew and I would consider hiring her on a permanent basis. Never heard from them again. I expected better customer service. But her other reviews are glowing so I'm thinking the poor job they did was a fluke.
