Great service and response. Mr. Young confirmed each step along the way and installed our door and hardware perfectly, including the alarm sensors. I plan to hire him for future jobs!

I called them and communicated a few times because of the nature of the circumstances and he was so pleasant and happy to help me out. He showed up on time and finished the job quick.

They were timely, communicated well. Did a great job installing an exterior door and replacing interior trim.

I was very pleased with the door installation. They were on time, talked with me about the job as they went along and made necessary adjustments to the door since it was a little smaller than the door I had. They were friendly, clean and did an excellent job. I have already hired them to do another job in my house and have asked for an estimate on a 3rd. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and personable. Worked hard to get the job right and completed in a timely and correct manner. Worked around my schedule and left the area clean when he was finished. I notice an oversight we hadn’t discussed and he turned around right away (5 minutes after he left) and took care of it without and issue. Great experience.

Thanks guys, I love my new doors! Helped my husband and I out tremendously after our back door and an interior door were completely destroyed during a break-in. Replaced both doors for us at an awesome price. Seriously great guys, Charlie even came back on a Sunday to finish up something that could not be completed on the first day!! Not many people would have done that. We're already planning a second project with Brilliant Home Services and have even recommended them to a family member.

Very prompt and courteous. Did a great job. I was contacted first by Rodgers Glass. An appointment was set up but they never showed up or even called to cancel.

Charlie never completely finish the job, but I paid him for everything. He left the door trim on my front porch for me to finish.

The Glass is still not replaced. I paid the cost upfront and it been two weeks. I had to make repeated calls and text to check on the the status and calls to to voice mail. After a week I finally got a call that was answered and was told the Glass was on back order and was supposed to be in Tuesday. I made another call today and as usual went to voice mail. As a customer I have been patient and fair through this but at this time I want my money back

Professional service, exactly what I was looking for. If my mastiff breaks another window, I will absolutely call them again.

A little slow responding to calls but very prompt responding to texts messages. Suppose to come back out next week because the frame he put in was new on one of the side lights and the one on the other was old so it did not match. They will put new frames around the other sidelight.
